I like how everyone fits with each Jojo, but I'm honestly not sure how Fluttershy and Applejack are paired with Giorno and Jolyne. If Spike's a dog, let's just say that living in the current Jojo universe is not a good day to be a dog.

Pinkie Pie is with Joseph, due to his trickster, random, and crafty personality.
Rarity and Josuke, due to their fabulous hairstyles.
Applejack and Jolyne, are both tough as nails.
The same can be said about Jotaro and Rainbow Dash.

That aside, the Part 3: Stardust Crusaders has excited me too. It also should be the one with the most possible differences. Unlike the previous Parts, Part 3 is most flexible narratively.
Also it might the first not to make the guest starring Element of Harmony a clone of that Part's JoJo. Especially since Dash's personality contrasts greatly against Jotaro's too much. They only share their hot blooded determination, and loyalty. If anything she most likely get along with Joeseph, Kakoyoin or Polnareff, (when he is not being too much of a womanizing I do it that is). Also Abdul a bit due to their shared insecurities of being alone or the odd one out of their respective peers.
Also while Dash is incredibly fast and atheletic, she is not THAT physically strong, or particularlay smart. Also both her ego and her tendency of running her mouth often get her in trouble. She is also very resistant to change be unexpected or not. Plus she secretly hates being alone due to her
She does have a strong resolve, is a Black Belt in Karate, slight photographic memory due great awareness of her surroundings, even if it is subconsciously most of the time, great knowledge of weather mechanics, can be quite the pragmatic trickster, and a decent impersonator.
So she needs a stand and fighting style that both suits her and sets her apart from the other Crusaders. Perhaps something that is both fast yet is long ranged focused. I would suggest Pedal to the Medal (by Kazzar) or Speed Demon (by Micheal Jackson) as possible Standifferences names.
