the ending was a little weak, but the rest was good
that, was horrible... i loved it.
The idea behind it -- Fleur has been putting on an act for years for fear of being alone and finally gets tired of it -- seems interesting and could make for an entertaining story as well as character exploration. Writing a letter claiming such a thing as a "prank" however, does not really make much sense to me. I just don't see any humor to it. That said, it does not really work as a "Drama" either. Even ignoring the ending, the title and description make it hard to take the letter seriously. With the ending, it seems more like a cop-out. Like here is something serious, followed by, "Oh, ha-ha. I'm just kidding." It would work more as a serious piece, especially if she was writing it just before she left to live a quiet life elsewhere.
Also, the part about the documentary about fantasizing to escape abuse does not really seem to fit at all.
