hahaha space marines do not know a word prisoner of war, because they wont take any.
For some reason I'm now imagining all Warhammer factions having a huge snowball fight. With Tau pelting everyone with snow from far far away, orks charging enemy snow forts and so on and so forth.
Im just waiting for when a chaos war host and fleet gets wrecked by celestia tossing a sun at it.
9436979
me too
9436979
i would not recommend that, because if it is artificial sun and guide it in a fleet where their reactors could overload and create another sun where it could possibly destroying artificial one. Because if that thing gets damaged or destroyed, well, everyone will die. And aiming that thing in space would not guarantee a solid hit. It maybe not even be a sun but a massive lumen globe, in a book "Shrike" there was a moon called evenfall what was in constant darkness, planet got its light and heat from lumen arcs spread out on the planet.
9437450
I didn't mean Equestria sun another sun
His Primarch Robot Gorilla-man would be fine with his actions so far, especially if it's to aid humanity so both sides willing to gain something positive out of anyway.
9438294
they have more than one sun? If you mean she creates another sun and hurl it at them i would still not recommend that, she cant create sun in void of space because heat energy needs something to burn and there is nothing there sou that is impossible. And creating one powerful enough in atmosphere would ignite all oxygen creating wall of fire switch would swallow planet whole. Not to mention that she cant see in space to see that fleet anyhow. Sou taking that in consideration, i don't know what you mean.
9438854
You his primarch rowbutt gorillaman and his step mother Yvarrine aka mrs.smurf
9440865
Rowboat Girlyman leader of the only chapter who leave the toilet seat up and never get reprimanded for it; instead they turn it into a shrine.
9441054
Well considering he is trying the migraine inducing task of fixing the imperium and undoing 10000 years worth of stupidity and decay I think it's fair to cut him a little slack.
HAHAHA IT'S ANOTHER ULTRA SMURF!!!

WHAT YOU SAY TO ME!?

CAP'N THE PHOTON TORPEDOES ARE READY!
9443275
no it is indeed not, it is mode of transport, just like in all mecanicus arks it is used as one. And i quote from forges of mars book
9442739
NEIN I SHALL NOT LEAVE IT BE!
9443275
At what point was that said, because I never saw it, some unspoken rule?
Regardless, that still doesn't excuse their lack of clever uses. They didn't try to use their teleportation to be unpredictable or to go to places Antonius was weaker like behind him (even if you train to be able to react fast to things behind you you'll never be perfect simply because it's a blind spot and you have to turn to react). They didn't try to use non-combat magic which they should have a lot of such as flashes of light or other disorienting things to try and distract him from attacks, etc.
Just feels like they were portrayed as really weak. I mean yeah, thousands of years without war or fighting, but even with that you'd have muscle memory and it's frankly common sense to use everything to your advantage. Also they're supposed to be smart, "wise", so yeah. Also also, Luna kinda can't use the thousand-year excuse as it's often portrayed that the time on the moon was but a blink to her, or that she remembers it but because nothing much happened she still remembers what happened before as if it just happened.
9443861
you are wrong in some aspects for example, they dont have anything to pierce adamantium plating switch is toughest metal in the galaxy. And what comes to flashes of light, space marines helmets have photolenses switch dims when hit by bright light, sou that is not gonna help. And space marine reaction time is many times faster than humans. In one book a ultramarine in split of a second acknowledged a enemy and spotted a weak spot and predicted what enemy could do to counter him.

But here’s the thing; the Princesses don’t know those things, and they didn’t even try. I could excuse it if they tried and failed and didn’t do it again, but they didn’t try in the first place.
Also I’m not wrong, none of what you said makes me wrong. Yes, Space Marines have faster reaction times, but it doesn’t matter how fast your reaction time you’re still limited by physics and you still have to turn. You could be the fastest person in the world, but doing a 180 to react to something behind you (or even at least a 90 degree turn) is still going to take a little bit, though you’d be above average on the time it takes to do so. This isn’t just because behind you is a blind spot that you have to react fas to, but also because you have to turn fast, without going off balance or turning too far. Physics.
9445059
Well that’s rude.
9445836
THATS IT!
*grabs facehugger*
COME HERE I ALWAYS WANDER WHAT A CYBORG XENOMORPH WOULD LOOK LIKE!
9446990
and predictable, teleporting then materializing then getting momentum for the sword will take time. Not to mention dangerous, because one mistake and you materialize inside a object or a floor. Doing sou also makes motion sick because brain cant keep up with movement. Not to mention you are now on a hands reach of a space marine.
9447196
*Gets out heavy flamer* Statement: Nope.
9447374
I'M A XENOMORPH SITH I'M F**KING FIREPROOF

Can't wait for the grim darkness to return...
Could the Mane Six use the Elements to banish a Greater Daemon or turn a Daemon mortal again?
9447208
Predictable how? You’d have to watch for a flash to predict it and the flash happens the same time they appear, so not predictable. You could guess at where they’re teleporting, but that’s all it is, a guess, unless they teleport in a pattern.
It’s canon that teleportation keeps your momentum. Start swinging, teleport, hit, teleport away. Teleport to different locations and hit at different angles randomly and you’re unpredictable and getting hits in.
They’re alicorns, they’re inherently resistant to damage and getting nauseous. On top of that, they’ve teleported plenty of times before, they’re used to it, so you can’t say they’ll be disoriented after teleporting. Along with that, if they’re doing what I said above, all they have to do is swing and teleport in, then teleport out, they don’t have to check where they’re swinging because they did that beforehand.
Judging from what is seen of teleportation in the show, it’s safe to assume that the teleportation has failsafes for ending up inside things. Foals teleport, Twilight has teleported in stressful situations.
Basically your arguments are invalid.
9450313
it would be predictable, if she start swinging and dematerializing, his superior reflexes and speed would asset the probabilities of location. If she swings right that would mean she appears from his left. He could roll to the side during materializing process or swing more power full blow what would deflect her blade and connect to her because of his superior strength. Because space marines brain can process information more quickly than normal humans. Its not first time space marines have fought against things that can teleport.
"The town really looks ice in winter," Luna said,
So did they all just pretend this didn't happen.
9450517
But that’s the thing, you assume because she’s swinging right she has to appear in a specific place, but that’s not true. There’s no limit to the teleportation other than the ground that he is standing on. She could swing right, but appear directly above him, behind him, upside down to his left or right, in front of him. Basically you’d be trying to predict where they’re appearing in 270 degrees on any axis in melee range of your body.
Doesn’t matter how good your brain is, it’s physically impossible to predict that, let alone react to it.
You’re also thinking only in terms of his reactions. I’ve already stated that this isn’t just reactions we’re talking about here, it’s also limitations of body and physics. You can only move so fast, any faster and you start tearing things, faster than that you start breaking things, faster than even that is impossible because of physics. Throughout all that you need to not only attack without killing the target (because this is sparring, not fighting) you also need to slow down so as to not leave yourself vulnerable or kill yourself. This severely limits how fast you can move, doesn’t matter how superhuman you are.
Again, your arguments are invalid.
I won’t be responding any further, this has gone on long enough.
9451817
but he is not a human, space marine have been said to been sou fast with their swings that normal human could not even see it like stated in templar audio drama where Sigismund fought against Kharn. Teleporting takes time switch will give him time to react to anything. It does not matter where she appears,he is already reacting to it. making your point invalid.
I am stupid. 5.08 cm is roughly 2 inches. Since wh40k tabletop uses inches and battlefleet gothic tabletop uses the metric system and I played both, compounded with the fact that I stopped playing near the end of 5th edition... yeah
On a different note:
My little xeno,
My little xeno,

I am saving someone else the trouble.
R/wooosh
You need some Imperial Fists for that
Now I have the image of Imperial Fist vs Irom warriors snowball war
Second best typo I have ever encountered, but nothing will ever top "Stripper gear" (I wonder how many of you know where that comes from).
Oh no! Someone finds me sexually attractive! The horror! B-b-b-but I want them to find my mind and personality arousing! Everyone knows it’s only natural to want to fornicate with someone’s character and not their genetalia!
9436279
And here's how it would go:
Tau: sniping everyone from afar.
Orkz: runnin' up to yer zoggin- fortz an' krumpin' 'em real good!
Eldar: popping up out of nowhere to flank you, but gets creamed by literally everyone.
Imperial Guard: dug into trenches and forts and holds the line.
Astartes: launches huge snow-barrages that can decimate the others, usually while shouting religious warchants.
Adeptus Mechanicus: has somehow rigged artillery up behind some large boulders, and refuses to help the others.
Tyranids: the family dog who keeps eating the snow.
Dark Eldar: the rat bastards who sneak up and shove snow down your trousers, or lace their snowballs with rocks and piss.
10172148
The Inquisition: Bombards your whole planet in a snowmanatus
Adepta Sororitas: Just like the space marines, only singing battle hymns
Khorne: Throws icicles made of blood
Tzench: Maybe I threw a snowball...maybe I didn't...maybe snowballs are purely a construct of you imagination...maybe they're real
Nurgle: Sends sick kids to your snow fort
Slaanesh: Does unspeakable things with snow
Malice/Malal: GLOBAL WARMING!
Ynarri: The snow never seems to stick to them
Harlequins: Icecapades
Pfff hehehe xD
Nos
