Gojirasaurus

It's on a Need-To-Know basis, and you don't need to know!

So..."nice" T-Rex is best T-Rex?:rainbowderp:

"Nobody. Move. A muscle." AppleBloom whimpered out, freezing in fear. The creature looked at them, still able to see them, watching them curiously.

Ah, finally. Many people still think that the vision of the T-Rex was based on movement.

Might as well follow them and make sure they don't hurt themselves.

This part seems a bit off. I mean, he's a prehistoric predator, not some kind of police dog. It would be more reasonable if he chase them to keep them away from his territory or because the sight of the fleeing ponies awoke his hunter instinct, only to give up once he realize that they were a snack too little to be worthy to be chased.

6956765 True, at the last part was a little forced. But he did eat a mammal and smell more Manticores, so, might as well chase them back to their herd. Save them for later.

6956909 Still doubt that a theropod or any predator in general would do something like that. In front of potential preys, he would either ignore them or act like a fox in the henhouse, trying to catch them even if he's not hungry.

6960734 Wait until the next chapter...

Raptors please. And i wonder, will there any battles between the trex and other carnivorous dinosaurs like him?

Well the Only Dino's that are from the same Cretaceous Period as the T-Rex are the Triceratops and the Velociraptor, the Third could be Carnotaurus if you want to match up the Timeline.

CPO

Fun fact: It was recently theorized that due to their bone structure T-Rexes did not actually roar but instead hissed like crocodiles.

Definitely frikin Raptors.

7046808 Velociraptor Nublaris. The ones from JP. Huge and have wrists.

7054941 when the portal or window that twilight created, closes.:unsuresweetie:

7054953 You mean when will it? It opens and closes whenever it wants.

So yeah... a few problems with this.
First of all, prehistoric crocodiles were anything but an annoyance, they were HUGE, now it's been a while since I studied this stuff so please correct me if I'm wrong.

Secondly, the latter Era of the dinosaurs were believed to not be able to roar.

Again I haven't looked any of this up I'm just saying what I remember, but I do still like this story and can't wait for more.

7075018 Of course, however, crocodilians were all sorts of shapes and sizes, and using more modern crocs, they're smaller than what this creature is used to. And, while I heard the Tyrannosaurus Rex may not be able to roar, I'm still using Jurassic Park logic, meaning it will roar.

These creatures were known as dromeasaurs (dromaeosaurus), also known as raptors. The raptors snarled as they saw the footprint of the massive crature. The other two were different colors, one green with no feathers, the other grey, and the biggest, having no feathers.

I don't remember if you said you were going to be as realistic as possible, but what sub species are you talking about. The only species of dromaeosaurus I know have feathers... and the definition of dromaeosaurus says they all had feathers.

7139694 Well, I'm using the Jurassic Park Velociraptor Nublarensis. This is the JP Velociraptors that can open doors. Later on, I will use real Velociraptor, but for now, I'm sticking with the JP ones.

Something tells me your idea was from primal carnage extinction

7178517 Well, the team is from Primal Carnage, but, with a few things changed.

RUN MOTHERFUCKERS RUN!!!:rainbowlaugh:

A few grammatical errors here and there, but a good chapter all around.

Why is this comment downvoted? :rainbowhuh: I’m confused. Do people not like learning new facts, or only when it interferes with the Rule of Cool?

7047398
Dang it, you ruined the entire story for us T-Rex enthusiasts, because roaring is better than hissing, that's why you have downvote S.

7713184
Agreed, RUN!

"Twilight, what happened?" Spike asked, groaning, rubbing his head.

And spike ruins everything

6975681
Oh dear god...... it’s the Twi-Rex!!!:rainbowlaugh:

7139694
I think they are Velociraptor Nublaris, the raptors from the Jurassic park/world franchise, most of witch didn't have feathers except for the ones in J-park 3 witch had quill like Pseudo feathers. But hey I could be wrong :derpytongue2:
