I feel like this story has great potential. Obviously things would have to be explored in much greater detail to explain and justify why Cadence and Twilight would do such out of character things, but I believe it could be very interesting!

The Bastion's Breach bit confused me mainly because clouds could indeed be weaponized in MLPverse, so them not being concerned and putting up a shield or something to stop it seemed weird.

Otherwise yeah this chapter gives Twilight some motive for going crazy, but not much motive for Cadance abandoning Shining Armor.

I always like seeing Twilight go crazy and do really really bad things , so I hope to possibly see more!

Although there might be some rewriting on the Fall of the Crystal Empire, something didn't quite make sense in the long run. But I'll try to make things make sense and still fun to read. :)
