Sometimes I write stories here. Sometimes I write stuff for EQD. I like Hemingway and McCarthy and Ellison and King.

What a crappy ending.

Well, that was depressing as shit.

Thumbs up. Predicting feature box in less than 24 hours.

Does it make me terrible that when I saw this:

"Oh, Lyra, I didn't know it was you. Come on in."

All I could think of was this:

If this gets into the feature box, I'll have a heart attack.

Nah, I thought about The Room too.
And now I can't get it out of my head!

Oh God, I knew it was coming. And still so sad. Darn it. Well done. I'll PM you 'bout something.

I feel like the ending is terribly abrupt. And you should definitely space between lines of dialogue, I don't know why you didn't.

Someday, when I'm not busy, I'll come back to this and fix it.

Thanks for the feedback.
