So pretty much It's Ditzy's journal and she's talking about what happened or who did what on whatever day. Like the chapter with the doctor, that pretty much means ditzy was hanging out with the doctor that day or recently.

i kind of have that ramble-y type of writing. I try fixing it, but I'd need another person, because my writing in my eyes is alway grammatically correct. 
592151 I have a somewhat similar problem. I'm very concise (to the point where I can take ten chapters of a book and turn it into six paragraphs) so when I try to make something long, I tend to say the same things over and over but with slightly different words.
