Every stallion in his life should do few things. Build a house. Plant a tree. Sire a son. Hire a Witcher.

Big Mac had really bad day. Bad enough to hire a Witcher pony.

What is a Witcher pony you might ask.
Its not what they are ... its what they do that requires explanation.
What they do?
They kill monsters.

I don't need to read this to like and favor it. Big fan of the witcher.

Nice! really liked the folk tale touch.

nice story so far but isnt it supposed to be timberwolf instead of timberwolve?

*flying right into the jaw of King Timberwlf and said jaw *

you missed an o

Thanks for pointing that out. Plural is Timberwolves, singular is Timberwolf ... according to what I read on MLP wiki. Every day you learn something. Thanks.

I really appreciate when people take time to correct my mistakes.

Every chapter of the Witcher saga starts with this kind of quote. I liked the idea and try to follow master Sapkowski example. At the same time Witcher doesn't use grenades and stun bombs in the book like he does in the game.

i *really* appreciate lol

man i love witcher its nice to see someone doing a fic of it

In case you're interested, I've created a Witcher group were you can post your story, here's the link.

Why do I get the feeling that the Witcher's payment will be AppleBloom

There's a really good Witcher story out, called The Equestrian Witcher by Oblivion Shadow.

There was a third option. You might even call it a family secret. There was a second bridge across the Gore, bridge built by Big Mac's grandfather himself ( according to Granny Smith). It wasn't a fancy - shmansy steel bridge. It didn't need to be. His grandfather built this rope bridge so he wouldn't need to waste time going around the Gore, long time ago before ponies invented trains. Now some ponies could argue that a rope bridge that old is not safe and to be honest Big Mac had his concerns when Granny Smith first showed it to him. That day he learned another family secret: "Earth ponies build to last."

just some proposed edits

That was an EPIC FIGHT I hope to see you one day write some more:rainbowdetermined2:
