OK, you definitely need someone to fix this up. As-is, it's kinda all over the place, but it's not far from being absolutely awesome. Really, the only problem is that you try to get the dialogue to show too much, and you don't clarify what's happening enough. If that's a stylistic choice, then fine, but... It's still not a good idea. I'd be glad to help, if you're OK with that.
