Hmm, not bad so far, though, though, from my reading, I couldn't fully understand if they were anthro or no, you said they were equine with some human features, but it also sounded like they were still their normal pony selfs. Also, this is clearly an au with discord not being reformed, and also sounds like they never fought him before, and that the stuff from season 4 never happened.

Also, I had Billy describe the ponies as equine with humanlike features so as to show what they must have looked like to someone living in 1994, way before FiM was even thought of.
I just saw the picture of the fanfic and have to say it looks exactly like i image the movie Equestriang girls 2.
I mean it was ok in the first movie because there was a reason why they transformed, but in the second movie it looks like a Sailermoon copy, they could nearly transformed at free will. And waaaaayy to often, it seems not special anymore.
