This is actually very, very fun to read and enjoyable. I like it. Almost wish it was animated, to be honest.
So... I actually find this entire thing quite interesting but I do have a few questions on the procedural aspects of the Team, mainly, can other Alicorns be recruited or is it just PC-001? Also does it have to be Earth Pony, Unicorn, Pegasus and ? Or could it be... Bat pony, Zebra, Changeling and ? Or with a Griffin or Minotaur swapped in? And do the different... branches? Say MLP and Star Trek, ever meet each other? Sorry if this is annoying but I really do find this an interesting concept.

I've seen some where she was his daughter, and a few where Draconequus where an actual species, not just one being, just saying.
Normally, I don't read incomplete stories, but this sounded...interesting, to say the least. Kind of like a pony version of the Jedi Council, in an odd, roundabout way.
Also, it reminds me about 12% of a novel I'm writing. I'm not saying anyone's copying anyone, I'm just saying it's an odd coincidence.

Now, as for Pinkie being controlling, yeah I can see it. Just, wouldn't you get frustrated if you're trying talk about something and the conversation constantly gets derailed?
