Equestria is a war-torn land, fought over by a host of quarreling factions, but ruled only by one. In these tough times an iron-hoof is the only way to get your message heard by the masses, and it is only then that things may change. The only problem is, everyone has the same idea - everyone thinks that they will be a better leader than the last. It is into this world that a young and shaken filly is thrown and given the means to make a real change, but all changes come at a cost and she knows nothing of how to lead an army.

I'm impressed by your premise's ambitious and sweeping scope. Your writing style is a little rought, but it doesn't overly detract from the narrative so far.
