Is it bad that, as I read the part with the nurse, I thought that rainbow should've cut them up a bit more and make them look like the elements of harmony then arrange them in the same way that elements are depicted?

Well, you certainly were faithful to the song. But if I may interject; AWSOME!
That was great, your story gave me chills, and your writing style presented the fiction superbly.
Though, I noticed one little mistake:

"It's thee in the morning," Rainbow said

And you should definitely write a sequel to this, I'm curious to see where the plot could be taken.

It was a decent gorefic.

The video was a thousand times worse. And this should have been luna/nightmare moon, not rainbow dash.

This is one of those stories that I read out of curiosity the first time, but I keep coming back to it for some reason.
And after several rereads, I finally add it to my faves.
