It's the day before Twilight Sparkle's testimony to various incidents regarding illegal actions of Princess Celestia which took place in Canterlot Castle. However, that night one of Celestia's loyal guards puts out a public statement in an attempt to dissuade her from testifying. Will Twilight Sparkle stand up for what is right, regardless of the threats coming her way?

Twilight has created a new spell. It's a good spell; one that may forever change Equestria for the better. Fluttershy has volunteered as a test subject, and everything is looking bright; but when things go awry, the six ponies' lives are shattered in an instant. Twilight and her friends must take a long, hard journey. It will be filled with pain, insanity, and despair. But it is one that will also be filled with hope, and hope is what the friends need most right now.

Because if they lose hope, they lose everything.

Golden Eye, a white pegasus mare, who is married to Blitz, a white unicorn stallion, had been having disturbing dreams since she had heard about his business trip and they have made her worried about Blitz's safety. Could these dreams have a meaning? Could they save the life of the stallion she loves? That's for me to know and you to find out.

Celestia and Luna are two familiar figures. What people of their realm don't realize is that there are two other realms, which are supposed to help the Overworld. Heaven and Hell. Who's in charge there? None other than their brothers. Only having recently gained access to the Overworld, they show up, forgotten by Celestia and Luna's citizens. However, one of the brothers, the Prince of Hell, has been missing for three thousand years. Strangely, he doesn't remember any of it... but he's shown up in Overworld, having recently made friends with Twilight Sparkle and her friends. He doesn't even know who he is, but he's going to find out soon enough.

After countless sleepless nights of nothing on the Mind but Feather Weight and his constant distractions by a Certain new slinging hero on the block, Diamond Tiara gives in to some sidetracking thoughts of her own, and fulfill what ever it was her mind had in... well.... mind. Twilight Sparkle being the only Pony she knows to carry Vengence out like dumplings.
