Misty wakes up in the middle of the night, her body tired and her mind restless. She decides to walk around the Brighthouse for a bit to help calm her thoughts, only to notice Sunny’s bed completely empty, the earth pony nowhere in sight.

Twilight Sparkle and Sunny Starscout have a discussion about their friends, their studies and other things while at a Canterlot cafe.

Nightmare Night has arrived once again and Izzy Moonbow is more excited than ever to show everypony her costume. Reactions turn out to be.. mixed.

Rainbow Dash receives a strange game cartridge from Gilda, with a message telling her to destroy it. She plays it instead, discovering a glitched copy of My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure that opens a new world of horror.

Oh No! Maretime Bay is in complete chaos! 

After the events of a few months ago, Maretime was designated as a cultural and social hub for all 3 pony races, the problem is, due to the lack of no central authority, small mis-understandings can lead to riots where violent activities occur.  Sunny and her friends desperately try to control the situation and are quite challenged , to their fortune , a young stallion shows up that might know the way…

With advice from Zipp, Sunny decides to spend the day of a storm with Misty, and notices she's acting a bit secretive. Will she figure out why, or will it end in catastrophe?

Sunny’s lantern goes missing again, and this time it’s not Misty behind it. Sunny is left broken, confusing the others until she explains the lantern’s importance to her. This leads to the others talking about objects important to them.

One day, Izzy strolls into the Crystal Brighthouse with a mud-covered... thing. Neither she nor her friends know quite what it is, but she is determined to find out. As such, she gets to work on the long, arduous process of restoring the unknown thingamajig. Heck, she might even succeed!

And her friends might regret letting her.
