*slam* Sunny shuts the door once Everypony gets in the room, Everypony proceeds to gasp for air
“I really wish my magic wasn't being so stubborn, I could have really used out there *sigh* it's like there's something about me that’s blocking it … *
Izzy chimes in “Aww , don't worry Sunny! Everypony is still getting used to magic after it has been gone for so long… Like me! You see , I pointed my horn at a glass jar, and it turned into a tea cup! A tea cup!!! “
“And … what was it you were trying to turn it into?” Pipp says while rolling her eyes
“Oh, I was just trying to fill it up with water, I was really thirsty…”
“Wow, such a great example Izzy, you must've been so distraught” Zipp says sarcastically
“No, Not really, at least I have a new cup to add to my collection”
Hitch and Sunny both slap their hooves on their foreheads in embarrassment
Izzy looks at them and shrugs at them in confusion , “So what now?”
Hitch stares at the sheriffs badge on his chest “even as the so-called protector, im pretty powerless, especially after sprout Resigned “
“I thought you fired him?” Sunny questions
“Nope, completely on his own terms , last thing that came out of his mouth to me was imsorryaboutwhathappenedimagoopenafarmersmarket, quite confusing actually, but eh it’s whatever…”
“Okay okay, but seriously without dodging the question, what are we supposed to do now?” Zipp says concerningly”
* A sound of a crowd draws near, then dies out, then… *Knock Knock*
“Who could that be?” Sunny says in confusion
“OH OH I think that's the pizza delivery stallion, I think I may have forgotten to cancel my order from Pizza Strut… hehe”
“You can't out pizza the Strut that's for sure”
Sunny opens the door slowly and to her surprise… “Uh, Izzy? This is definitely not the pizza you ordered”
“Huh?”
A strange earth Pony stallion arrives at the doorstep, he is taller than average , his coat consists of lighter blues and his mane is a lighter purple and it's all finished off with a white muzzle
“Do you… mind if I come in?” He says calmly and a little nervously
“Of course, come take a seat” Sunny said while gesturing to where everypony else was.
“I see now, he’s too cute to be a pizza stallion” Izzy whispered to Pipp as they both giggled
Unfortunately , Sunny heard this and gave them a side-eye , with a slight blush on her face
“So… How can we help you, Mr… ?
“Moonscout, but you can just call me Magami” The stallion says
Sunny does a double take as she hears the last name “thats… interesting” she thinks to herself
“Nice to meet you Magami, may I ask what brings you to maretime bay?” Sunny questions
“To be completely honest , I have no idea… this is the first time i've left home , I thought I would visit the other side of Equestria to see what's happening and… now i'm here, I was kind of wondering if you could do me a solid and tell me why everypony outside looks like they want to kill each other… “
Sunny and the other 4 properly introduce themselves and proceed to explain the situation
“Oh okay, basically a no government no control type of situation, I see”
“Pretty Much”
“Um, if you wouldn't be opposed to it, I could try to help…” Magami says politely
Sunny sighs relievedly “We could really use it, were fresh out of ideas and have no plan”
“Great, let's go then !”
Everypony looks at him in shock is if he was a Lunatic
Magami opens the door “You heard me everypony, Lets roll out! Go go go!
Magami and the other 5 rush out the door and the adrenaline kicks in
“Okay, Maretime Bay is separated into 3 districts , all named aptly,
Zipp and Hitch , Im assigning you to district 1, rally up everypony and get them to the front of the canterlogic headquarters
Izzy and Pipp , You are assigned to district 2 , It is a little further away to the headquarters, but you shall still do the same.
Last but definitely not least , Sunny , Your with me , were hitting up district 3, This will be the hardest since it's the furthest away from the headquarters and its where I saw the majority of the fighting happening
“Everypony, are we ready?!” Magami exclaims
“Yes Sir!” the 5 say in unison
Go!
Everypony breaks into a run to their assigned areas, looking to fulfill their orders
Sunny runs alongside Magami, frequently glancing at him while hiding a small smile
They arrive at the center of the destination, Magami notices a megaphone in a display window for a store, the glass was already broken due to the fighting
“Hey Sunny, could you go and grab that megaphone for me?”
“Of course!” Sunny rushes to the window and picks it up, and hoofs it over to Magami
“This is perfect…”
Magami then realizes it's out of batteries “Darn, So close to a perfect score”
Sunny giggles while reaching into her saddle bag , pulling out a pair of batteries
“Oh wow, guess i'm wrong, now, let's roll!”
They both get to the center again and Magami pulls out the megaphone
“Get ready for this”
A loud alarm sound plays from the device, stopping everypony in their tracks
Then Magami switched to the voice feature
“Stand down this instant ! Follow Sunny and I or you will see real Discipline! Magami shouted menacingly
All the ponies in the area rushed to form a line , as Magami and Sunny broke into a run once again with a long line of ponies following them
“That wasn't too bad , was it?” Magami commented
“How did you do that?” Sunny said ,amazed at what just happened
“I have no idea, I just did what I thought was right…”
“Fair Enough”
Magami and Sunny arrive at the headquarters , shifting in between the entire populous of Maretime bay ,Magami finally finds the stairs to the small overlook at the entrance
He pulls out his megaphone and proceeds to get everypony's attention
A different alarm sound plays this time , it's much more like an announcement noise and it gets everypony’s attention
“Alright listen up, My name is Magami Moonscout , and at approximately 5:00 PM today, I arrived here in Maretime bay to a scene of complete chaos and disorder, so… Here's what we're gonna do…
First of all, we need to establish authority, luckily, im here , and that means if I hear of any violent actions I will provide justice, and if anypony encounters a misunderstanding with another, I advise you to take it up with our sheriff's office
As for our sheriff's office, we are quite lacking in that regard. I hereby announce that there will be one station for every district, if you are looking for a job opportunity in justice or law enforcement, I ask that you look into that avenue .
I will be appointing a Board of supervisors and Advisors, in the meantime , please take up any issues or concerns with me.
Alright, Any questions?”
One earth pony raised his hoof angrily “Why do we have to listen to anything you say”
Some other ponies nodded in agreement and shouted “yeah!”
*Sigh* “Well you see , if you don't , You are going to prison”
Everypony went silent
“Okay, seems like everything is clear , thank you for your patience and I hope we can create a safe and enjoyable environment for Everypony in Maretime bay, You are now dismissed”
Surprisingly , Some ponies started to cheer , more joined in and then it was a whole ordeal
“Thank you President Moonscout!”
After Everypony separated and trotted off to their respective districts, Magami and the other 5 met up once again
“OMG OMG OMG that was so crazy and fun but scary but fun” Izzy Hyperventilated
“Okay Izzy, You can calm down now” Zipp said while patting Izzy’s back
“I'm glad I had my phone, I got the whole thing recorded”
“Seriously Pipp, give the stallion a break, i'm sure he doesnt want all of Equestria raving about his amazing leadership skills”
“That was pretty amazing Magami!” Sunny said with a smile on her face
“It's what I do I guess”
“Prison huh?” Hitch asked curiously
“Oh yeah… about that … that was a lie, but hopefully given some time we could have a facility dedicated to that”
“I don't even blame you for doing that at this point” Sunny remarked
“Oh well, guess I gotta find a place to stay for the night, i'm low on bits so I might have to do with a crappy hostel or something”
“Hold on just a minute , so you just essentially saved us all by bringing order to Maretime bay and You think were just let you stay in a cheap place? No way, come with us, we have a spare room in the Brighthouse” Sunny said exasperated
“Oh, that’s okay, I probably have made a lot of enemies today, best to make sure nothing will get to you”
“It wasn't a question, come with us, now”
“Yes Ma’am”
Late at night, Magami exits his guest room, wondering why he heard a lift sound,
He investigates the bright house and finds a large circle on the ground , he steps on it and it moves him up to the highest floor where the lookout is.
“Sunny?”
“Oh , Hey, what are you doing up ?”
“Couldn't sleep very well, and I was curious about the sound the lift was making, guess I know why now “
Sunny smiles at Magami tiredly
“Hey, uh I just wanted to let you know I really admire what you did out there today”
“Oh, It was nothing”
“I dont think so”
Sunny walks over to Magami and gives him a tight, warm hug
“Thank you”
