It's Valentine's Day in Canterlot City and Fluttershy along with her lover Soarin decided to go a little picnic to celebrate their love.

One day, Sunset buys a strange video game console and shows it to her friends. All of a sudden, they all get sucked into Sunset's television and end up in a strange new world.

They'll meet mutated animals, hostile natives, mad scientists, and many more. Together, they must get the video game's ending right if they are to ever return back to Canterlot City.
