After a man dies and is reborn in Equestria as Huntress Wizard, she must now deal with being mistaken for a tree nymph and being hunted down by both Fluttershy and Applejack, with Fluttershy wanting to keep her safe and Applejack wanting to use her to boost her farm's productivity Huntress Wizard chooses the thrid option and chooses to be the prey that got away.

Twilight Sparkle has been ripped from time, right as she's taken as Celestia's faithful student.

The way things work, they need someone to fill in for the unicorn while trying to rescue her. She plays a far too important part in the events to come to let that void be and risk it turn into a bigger crisis.

Before the founding of Equestria, as the weather grows colder and food grows scarcer, Earth pony politics are volatile, to say the least. It's time for a new player to enter the game.

This is a (rather short) story I wrote for Iron Author on 2025-08-23 in the space of two hours. Iron Author is a yearly writing competition hosted at Everfree Northwest. It was required to include "mighty", "mob", "luminous", and "lazy" as themes. Rather than sitting on it indefinitely with ideas for expansion like I do with everything else I write these days, I decided to just clean it up and publish it. This is minimally edited from what I submitted.

They thought their plan was perfect; hijack the rainbow cookie prank and turn it against Rainbow Dash to show her how it feels to be the victim of a prank she doesn't find funny. However, there's one small problem...

She found it funny.

After Nightmare Moon's defeat, the Mane Six begin to regularly have parties to celebrate their friendship.

All these parties eventually have consequence.
