Im planning on doing an action fic with Vinyl as the main character, and some of the PomE OC's as supporting characters.
After watching way too much RWBY and playing Street Fighter, I came up with the concept of an Equestria Girls Action fic.
So, I've been working on a Just a Little Batty one shot side story for Scribblefest that focuses on Morning Glory and Tempered Mettle. It takes place before Night was born, and is T, so expect the tone to be a bit different.

I don't really care about numbers but it is very interesting to me how Bat Story is catching up to the views and likes of my previous story within a fraction of the time.
So the cover art for the coming anthology of side stories to Batty's sequel is done and it's too cute not to share right now, proper timing and marketing be damned.
We've got Morning, Night, Tempered, the Twins--Rolling Thunder and Red Dawn--Aunt Mercy, Diamond Tiara, and, of course, little Pushing Daisies. The artist was also nice enough to give updated Cutie Mark References so yay!

On Monday, when I got on the highway in Grand Rapids after two early morning flights, I balled my eyes out for about 30 minutes straight. I mean it, I was crying like crazy and just could not stop. These were not bad tears, though, no, no, far from it. These were some of the best tears I've had in a long time. My tears came from one place and one place only: the sheer shock I felt and still feel at how very much BronyCon 2016 met and far exceeded my expectations in oh so many ways.
Aka bat ponies aka thestrals. This is a collection of my head canon and bits and pieces I've collected from the fandom and in no particular order.
Bat ponies are an off shoot pegasi, either the product of a recessive gene, or some type of stray magic.
They have leathery bat like wings instead of the feathery wings pegasus are known for.
They have slitted pupil eyes giving them outstanding night vision, a useful trait as they are nocturnal unlike other ponies
I'm so pleased that a story with a relatively short lifespan in my head was able to come into being and that so many people would like it. The deadline really helped me trim the fat and put the pieces together in a way that usually takes me weeks and months, I just wish I could learn to work that fast when I'm not under pressure ,^^

So the results for the 3rd Annual Bat Pony competition came in... And I'm both surprised and not surprised.
Decided to do that bat tag event on Equestria Daily, though I'm not a great artist and I used a base. It probably doesn't count, since it wasn't drawn from scratch, but meh, I had fun. Base was created by Immagoddampony on deviantart.

Alright, so, the last chapter of the current arc is almost done, and seeing as it’s a family arc and that Tempered and Morning accidentally birthed a mistake that has nothing to do with Night, I felt now would be a good time to address something that my readers may or may not have realized. Namely, some of the weirder things to result from the five year time skip.
Hey everyone! I'm sorry that I have to do this to everyone, but I have put my fic on hiatus for now. I've been trying to come up with some ideas to write for the 2nd chapter, I do have some ideas, but I'm not fully sure.
