A while ago I mentioned starting something regarding Thestral's, and here it is! Please tell me what your thoughts are on it it really matters to me. As for DBNG, I'm still working on it, but progress is slow as I haven't felt very motivated lately. Sorry I haven't really said anything lately, but time has just gone by so fast. Working on a large project concerning future chapters of A New Life, as you know it is based off my old dnd campaign. We played online so there is a transcript of what the characters said and did. I have 2 of the three parts converted to word that I am sorting through for the past two weeks, one is 88 pages and the other is 122 pages long. They will be heavily edited and "translated" to fit the story. This means characters will be replaced, scenarios added and removed, and lots of descriptions

What if thestrals/bat ponies don't actually exist in MLP-verse?
Literally the only night we've seen them in the canon FiM universe, was nightmare night, a night dedicated to tricks and treats and dressing up!
They were totally just enchanted pegasi guards, and our fandom just freaking took and ROLLED WITH IT.

Sometimes referred to as ponies of the night, Thestrals are winged/batlike ponies that reside under Equestria. While being very sociable with their fellow ponies, their sensitive eyes and ears have a tendency to make life above ground unpleasant.
