I go back and touch up my stuff quite a bit. I don't like how the counter counts my views. I've visited many chapters of AGOK many times. Heck, I've looked over my newest story (which isn't out yet) 12 times throughout the day already to made little tweaks.
Wow... I can't believe it. A story that's been in my mind since 2015 is done... sorta. I need to do a full editing pass as well as ask you guys the question of physical publication.

Yep that's right I'm getting back into writing again now that I'm free from High School FOREVER!!!! XD So what I have planned for you guys is that I'll be working on Gems: The Sun Princess for the two weeks straight and wrapping it up before making the sequel :D so look forward to that and I will be returning to Why Me? And making a new story
And so it ends, finally! With the enormous editing process done, I can finally say put this fic to bed and start moving onto writing other things outside of this story! It’s honestly a relief. I really want to get back to Chrysalis and Applejack. But first, we need to talk about some stuff for the fans of this fic.
Last night my dad and I went to a performance of the swing revival band, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.
And it was AWESOME. 
Seriously, these guys were amazing to watch. The music was outstanding (in particular the saxophone players and the drummer too)... this band has apparently been performing for 26 years now (with all the original members) and just recently had their three thousandth performance. Holy shit. 
Been a minute since an update blog, so let's do some catching up. How're you all? I hope you're doing well. I am currently sleep deprived because a 7.4 earthquake decided I should get a shot of adrenaline at 11:30ish at night and I didn't sleep well at all after that. It does speak to Japan's dependable infrastructure that I lost power during the shaking, but once everything settled back down, everything was fine. Even my shelve protectors worked like a charm and nothing much fell over.
I need to get back into the swing of things Dangit!

Happy Wednesday from Japan, y'all. Just hit the publish button on a story idea I'd been sitting on for a few years that I just never wrote. After Chapter 15 was delayed, I knew it'd also delay 16, so I wanted to get something I knew wouldn't take me as long to write out, and this silly X becomes an Alicorn one-shot fit that mold pretty nicely. Sorry! No chapter this week. Life has been busy on top of Chapter 11 being a battle to write without falling into a plothole. There were soooo many opportunities with all the characters present to mess something up royally. I had to be sure I got it right in the writing.
