When you really think about it, the castles in this universe are basically useless defensive structures. What's the point of walls, towers, and other defenses when Pegasi can fly over the walls and unicorns can teleported behind them? Even Earth Ponies could be lifted by pegasi or teleported by their friends over the walls.

After some years of a break in making drawings, I wielded the pencil once more.
Took me an evening to make and I simply just sketched the first thing coming to mind. What I was drawing? Well, that requires something more of explanation. I was listening to music and all of a sudden thought about bat ponies and vamponies... So the muse kissed me and I had to shape this idea into form. So here the music responsible and the art.

I apologize that it took so long to get this written and published. It's kind of a marathon of a chapter - both to write and to read. It's probably not my best work, I'll admit, but some important groundwork gets laid for future chapters. (And there's a whole lot of ship teasing going on.

This episode, I gotta admit, started out kind of... lame. I was just sort of expecting a lesson like "When doing favors, keep the person you're doing the favor for in mind, not yourself", and for it to not be anything exceptional.

Remember when I said that I wanted Thanatos' castle to have over one hundred rooms? Well, I just went to study the plans of Castle of Versailles, and I understood that I was really seeing things small. The Castle Of Versailles has about 2300 rooms! In comparison, Thanatos' castle would have looked more like a big manor with some towers. So much for the castle of Death.

Frenemies Talk: Chapter II: Castle Sweet Castle
Greetings, welcome to another blog! The third episode, Castle Sweet Castle is here. And what an episode this one is. Fulfilling fantasies. Not mine, although I know a certain friend of mine who adores ferrets, Twilight and dirt. Don't ask me, just roll with it... And don't believe him, it is utterly his thing, despite him denying it.
So Twilight's castle is really weird, isn't it? Just why IS the outside so much different than the inside? Well I put my theory fourth while exploring the castle for myself.
This blog will be to show the evolution of the development of Thanatos' castle, to see how far I am. It will also let you see if there's anything wrong so you can give me advices on how to improve the plans because it's my first time designing a building. I'm using Paint 3D to make the plans (I have nothing better), so it's a rough draft, and I hope you will be able to read the name of the rooms.
