How big are the G3 ponies exactly? Because, for the purposes of my G3 story, I assumed they were as big or bigger then then their G4 counterparts. But is this actually true?
So this is the post where I try to channel my inner Mat-pat (Game theorists) and try to find the heights of the G3 ponies.
So since the last time I did one of these, someone proposed that I use Santa's door in A Very Minty Christmas to calculate the G3 ponies' heights.

As some of you may have noticed, I just posted the opening chapters of a new Kamen Rider crossover story. Nothing special there, but you may have also noticed that instead of involving everyone's favorite ponies from Friendship is Magic, I for some reason decided to take the dark and gritty feel of early Heisei Kamen Rider seasons and drop it onto the world of happy fluff and nonsense that is the infamous My Little Pony Generation 3. This was intentional. Why? To prove a point.
Now we’re in REAL trouble. I’m done with the short ones, time for the long ones. And the first of them is the 44-minute long garbage heap known as A Very Minty Christmas. And here’s a fun fact: the rest of the specials in my line-up are technically feature-length, so at this point, they’re direct-to-DVD movies. Before I review it though, a here are few things. And I'm back for round two. I know this was a bad idea, but I've already watched this one, and I might as well finish watching the other ones while I'm at it. I decided to reward myself with good Friendship is Magic episodes to encourage myself, so at least I'm getting something good out of this. I also recommend reading my first G3 review first for some context on a few things. Anyway, time for the sequel to Dancing in the Clouds.

I can't post this as a story, since it's only 222 words long. But I thought it might be amusing just to take a look. Last I checked there was no rule against it. If there is, let me know.

Funny story, this episode used to have the far-inferior name of “Rise and Seek”, referencing the SGA episodes “Rising” and “Hide and Seek”, as this installment is based on a combination of the two. Because that’s a terrible name, however, it was eventually changed to reference the unrelated SGA episode “Grace Under Pressure”. Just thought you should know. And now for the final review of a special I’ve already seen. Despite posting this one first, I recommend reading this after I review The Princess Promenade and The Runaway Rainbow since this special was made after those two, and that’s very important to know. I actually had to do some research to get information about this one, and while I didn’t dig too far deep, it wasn’t easy to find what I was looking for. Due to this, I won’t just be reviewing the special, I’ll also be clearing up some

Throughout the previous installments, “as in SGA” has been a running gag that’s getting old, and after laying down the background lore, we’ve finally begun to move beyond it. Science fiction is a genre about more than just robots and space aliens. It’s meant to be a medium by which to explore possibilities within reach of humanity in the future, to test how new concepts would work before they become widespread and irreversible. Well, G4's been dead for a while and G5 is nothing of note, so I decided to go back and finally fill in the gaps with G1 and G3
...Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by them
My Little Pony 'n Friends, the first half of G1, was far and away better than I thought it'd be at first glance
The animation's not great, the stories aren't deep, but the VA are having the time of their lives and bring so much life to the characters

So it looks like I was wrong when I said that the G3 ponies can't fold their wings at all, but it DOES look like they can't fold them to their sides for comfortable sleep al-la G1 or G4.
