Unfortunately, I'm probably not going to be able to submit a chapter this month.

BUT! I have a good reason!

I've finally gotten some hard criticism, and I'm going to be spending my time editing and rewriting the chapters that I've already posted.

In The Slash Of Truth, I've made 5 chapters, I'm just gonna clean them up a bit. Fix errors and grammar.

Just a small update. I have gone back, edited, proofread and updated all the current chapters; removing the 'uneditted' tag. Feel free to check them out again as I've add a bit more content and revised a few words for continuity sake. I'm sure there's a few grammar errors and misspellings I've missed, but for the most part, good and clean.

Also, nearly finished with the next chapter. That's coming soon~

Chapter 9 for What They Expect to Give may be delayed. It's not finished yet, and what I have written (some 3k words) needs some re-writing.

I think for me, right now, the biggest problem I'm having with my stories is finding a good editor. Someone who can give my tortured prose the critical eye it so desperately needs. But so far that's proving to be harder than actually spewing words onto a page (which is already hard enough for me to do). The problem has proven so daunting that I haven't bothered with one for the short experimental and fluffy stuff; but I definitely need one for the larger, more seriously-attempted prose.

Chapters 2 and 3 of Tartarus Forged have had the edits by Cyberfire22 finally applied. I also went over chapter 5 myself to hopefully make his job a little easier whenever he gets to it. I would edit 4 as well, but I have a feeling he already started working on that chapter, so changing things now will just make things confusing when I try to apply the edits he makes.

There's something I've noticed turning up a lot more lately than I used to. Lots and lots of authors have capitalization errors in dialogue tags when the quotation ends in a question mark or exclamation mark. Now, some authors have this problem anyway, but the upsurge I've seen recently is for authors who normally get it right. The errors only occur for dialogue ending in a question mark or exclamation mark.
