I have come to a realization that will forever reverse my writing style. I will change to the format ‘she said’ for speech actions/noun relations rather than ‘said she’.

Just now I was working on a new story that had piqued my interest. I had decided to change my actions for speech to have it come after the name in an attempt to try something new and then I saw that I had already started a paragraph as follows.

It's been a while since this episode aired, and I'm noticing more and more recent stories that seem to be covering this.

If there is one over-arching lesson I learned from this little crossover is that having a plan for your story, even if you end up deviating from it, is important. It gives you at least a loose guide that you can follow and for someone with ADD having something that can help keep you on focused and on track ends up being really important.
