    Ponyville Noire: Frost and Fire!

    Hello readers!

While I work on the fourth story of the Noireverse, I want to give you all a special surprise.

A fan of the stories, TheLegendaryBillCipher, approached me with an idea for a sidestory set in the Noireverse. For the past few weeks, the two of us have been collaborating on a short story and today, I am pleased to announce that that story has been released!

    A Brony In Need

Saw this making the rounds on Fimfic and decided to pass it along.

A fellow brony by the name of Cloudhammer and his husband recently lost almost everything in an apartment fire, including their beloved pet. Cloud's NCO has set up a GoFundMe page to help raise funds to help get them a new home. Any amount you can give would be appreciated.

    Hey, readers,

You might've noticed that Saturday came and went without a chapter. I accept full responsibility for that: it completely slipped my mind. I know it sounds like baloney, but I legitimately forgot that yesterday was Saturday until I was brushing my teeth for bed. When you don't have anything on your schedule (being unemployed sucks), the days kinda blur together.

The Case of the Mystified Mystery Writers · 3:33am Jan 24th, 2018

Hello everyone!

Well, another Monday has come and gone, and with it has come some new chapters, both in Noire and in Letters from the Homefront. I'm glad that some people seem to enjoy these stories, and it was good to hear some positive feedback in Letters! I hope that you all are looking forward to next Monday as much as I am!

However, that's not what this blog is about. This blog is about sharing another project of mine that's been in the working for several months now.

See, a long time back, I came up with the idea of doing a workshop on how to write a mystery story as part of a monthly live event on another Discord server for a friend. Sadly, I never got the opportunity to do it then, but that was probably for the best, seeing as I needed the time to better flesh out the idea. In the past few months, I've been working on and off at making the workshop into a single audio project and setting it to a video. And just in the past couple days, that dream has finally become a reality!

Have you ever marveled at the great whodunits of other authors and thought to yourself, "I'd like to do that, but I don't know where to start?" This "workshop" was designed to give would-be mystery authors like yourselves a chance to get an idea of how to flesh out ideas of clues, suspects, and nefarious deeds and make them into a story! Just check the video below to begin. (Your results may vary. PonyJosiah13 does not claim to be a professional mystery author and freely admits that he doesn't know everything about writing the genre)

That's all for now. Enjoy!
