I had no idea what I was getting into, because I hadn't watched a single episode of Season 9 aside from it's premier. That being said, I felt some...strong feelings about the finale. Well, today we say goodbye to G4 of MLP.
Can't say I'm that surprised, or sad to see it go. I mean, I stopped watching around Season 4, mostly due to my personality and interests changing.
But I still owe it to the show for getting me into my creative writing career for this fandom and even more such as Sword Art Online, Clone Wars, Snow White with the Red Hair, and more.

In regards of continuing my fic (The Slash Of Truth) I feel like it’s only gone down hill from here. I feel like the fic is going nowhere and has turned into a real flop of a story. I ordinarily planned to focus on this one fic but… I’m losing the love for my own story. I guess it’s the pressure of being consistent with my work, it’s tearing me apart. So… I guess I’m thinking about cancelling the fic all together and have a break from this platform for awhile.

It just came to my attention that the infamous MLP reviewer/ movie critic Zaid Magenta (formerly known as Misanthro Pony) is…gone from YouTube. Like, he deleted his entire channel completely not too long ago. To that I say…wow. Just wow. It’s…kinda sad to see him go out like this.
Well, the 2016 Hugo Award finalists have been announced. And ... I can't say the list is surprising. Good? I also can't say that. At this point, the only topic of the entire set that seems to have any relevancy at all to the real world is the category for film, which looks to be a four-way battle between Fury Road, The Martian, The Force Awakens, and Age of Ultron.
I've been unable to do much of anything over the past week. Our beloved Roxy passed away on Tuesday.
Jewel blames himself unfairly for her death. It's been a huge struggle for him, so my concern has been more for him than anything, but I do miss her dearly.
