So, I’m just gonna cut right to the chase. I’m probably not going to be writing anything new on Fimfic for a while, unless the next season provides me with an interesting idea for a one-shot. The main reason for this is that I’m trying my hand at original fiction again, and I’ve let myself be distracted for long enough. Right now, I’m four chapters in, with way more to go. To give you an idea of the scope of this project, my outline/notesheet is a ten-page document, single spaced.

Been working on my next story, but it's been difficult. First just getting started has proven to be a challenge, as I'm not sure how to fit it into the template that is MLP:TM. I've always felt that the movie was full up to it's eyeballs in plot holes, but just how does one fill them in a way that makes sense? Inspired by the my little pony comics reflection, celestia and mirror sombra/good sombra have a romantic night. Eleven months later, celestia gives birth to a foil unicorn with her coat plus eye colors with good sombra's mane color. Still working on it. Haven't even decided if he ends up with twilight or rarity. But he's just one of three original characters.
