Today my grandmother passed away.
I'm not really certain what else to say other than that she was an incredible woman, proud and maternal and the type of person I think a lot of people should aspire to be.
Turns out it really wasn't that bad after all...
Oh hey, I missed the 1 year anniversary of me joining this site. Oops, meant to celebrate that.
Well, anyway, better late than never!
I got my face painted and wore my signature bandana like Rosie the Riveter.
But despite being not only the best game/anime movie ever made, and even a stand-alone good movie, it's on par to barely make any money.
So, get my minor criticisms out of the way first: yes, the story was a bit predictable. And the younger actors were rather flat, but far from the worst I've seen. They were both playing characters who were awkward, and they did at least manage to nail that, if unintentionally!

IN WHICH THAT STINGER ENDING, MAN!
I really hope you're not tired of Laura Brehm, because she put out another video today. Enjoy.
I took some me time tonight, kind of. That and how it affects my work below the fold.
Logi got featured. It's not all that great, probably one of more mediocre ones, but it's there in the feature box....
...the appeal of the stories where the "author" tells his story of how he was transformed from a regular, average citizen into say... Groucho. And ended up in Equestria?
Hey guys. I think it's time for us to have a really serious conversation.
So, as you're undoubtedly aware, It's been over a year and a half since I last updated The Prince of the Night. Some of you really want to see updates, some of you aren't desperate but would enjoy seeing it come back, but I'm willing to bet that most of you have pretty much forgotten that this story even exists. And this story hasn't exactly been a priority for me.
... i.e., noodles and Horizon-brand cheese.
MrNumbers: What? I like pumice. How many other rocks float?
MrNumbers: If it doesn't rock your world, it certainly floats your boat
horizon: I once wrote a pumice pony OC
horizon: named Kay
MrNumbers: Que?
horizon: Tom tried to make her fall in love with him
horizon: but it didn't work ...
Can't sleep. Nope. Not much sleep for this Draconequus! Not a wink!
Stomach still won't calm down but that's my fault, can't complain about that one. Much. Let's see... Got work in about less than four hours, so it'll be another long...LONG day.
...What can I really say? Well, should probably start by saying that this image, apparently, is part of the Equestria Girls 'tell-all' book, giving us a bit of insight into our 'beloved' protagonists. And this is what they think about those that don't instantly grovel to them with apologies about what horrible people they are.
So a year or two ago I said in a blog that I would change my short bio every week, and I actually kept pretty close to that for a long time (if anybody noticed). But some of you (maybe) may have noticed that my current one ("I'm a linguist. I like ambiguity more than most people.") has been up for much longer than that.
This isn't so much out of laziness as simply not wanting to take down what is clearly my perfect short bio. I can't replace perfection like day-old bakery stock!
In which I be "that girl" and demonstrate my inability to "have fun".
*Spend effort writing a oneshot of Sunset and Twilight accidentally mutating a lab rat to giant proportions. They have to save the school.*
*Post it, it's not the best fic but I wrote a oneshot today so life's good.*
*Wake up.*
Oh.
To all of you:
Very weird, but SFW. Unless your work has something against absurdism and clay
