So typically I have a time period lasting between a week to over a month where I'll just update the everloving hell out of my stories, then go dead for several months because I've burned myself out, but....what if I wrote some chapters, then spread them out over the course of a week, some days might get one chapter of a story, some days I might update two or three, then I go to rest for a few days to recharge and repeat.
I have a ko-fi now for those who don't want to support me through patreon! One coffee is just three dollars! My goal is to make it to 450, so i can support my family! Please please PLEASE if you can, support me on either patreon or ko-fi! My livelihood depends on it! http://ko-fi.com/thenewyorkbrony
Also im still selling those Tara Strong Harley Quinn posters so if anyone is interested the price is negotiable. Pleaas continue to support me and thank you!
please consider dropping me a donation! My commissions are also open rn, so shoot me a dm!
Today, the relaunch of my redesigned Patreon and Ko-fi accounts was supposed to happen, as I announced here, but I am going to take a bit more time with it. I am in the middle of redesigning it right now, but the first time I launched my Patreon account, I was hasty and it didn't turn out as well as
I have a real honest shot at getting a decent warehouse job, but the problem is that it's 2 hours away by car and it really eats into my gas. Until the checks and money start rolling in to where I can make this work, I need some help to keep my wheels going and I'd be very grateful for any sort of help.
Below it the link to my gofundme campaign, any help is very much appreciated until I can stand on my own.
So, I've been debating this back and forth for a long while, since I know a lot of creative sorts do things like patreon or ko-fi or other donation things to let people toss them money here and there.
Chapter 28 posted in The Runaway Bodyguard. Coach makes a proposal that Starlight finds underwhelming and learns the meaning of "supply and demand." Next: All PR is good PR, right?
I set up a ko-fi page! (I think it emails me coffee that you buy...I think...) Which is good because there are two things you should know about me:
1) I'm thirsty AF.
I'm still a day's work away from releasing the next CSP chapter. Sinus headaches have wrecked my concentration.
But I've decided to explain my next project.
There were three core points to my thought process:
(1) Not a CSP/Maretian sequel (though large Ko-Fi or PayPal donations might persuade me to do that "return to the cave farm" bit you all keep asking for- the car repairs put me heavily in debt, and I'm missing my second most profitable convention this year)
I can't believe it's September already. And even still it's at the end of it and almost October, this is crazy! It just seems like yesterday that it was June! But golly, that's crazy isn't it? I mean, the holidays are just around the corner and we got the best day coming up in the whole year... HALLOWEEN!
Hi everyone. I updated A Tale of Two Suns, which you may notice is now "Book 1". It didn't show up on the front page like I thought it would. I guess that's because I simply re-published chapter 15.
But, yes, I turned the thing into "Book 1". It was the best solution I could think of. Now, if you look at the story, you will notice some changes beyond chapter 15. These are:
1. The final scene of chapter 11 has been removed and replaced with a new one.
Hey guys and gals. I've gone and opened a tip jar where you can donate as little as 1$ if you feel like giving some support to my writing. My work has reduced all full-time workers to 28hrs permanently so it makes it a bit harder to keep myself floating with my physical health on a slow decline.
So, I decided “why not” and started a Ko-Fi page. I figure it can’t do any harm. It’s completely voluntary, and I might as well be making a passive income.
hello all. it feels pertinent to provide a last update some time after our most recent crisis, so here is that.
firstly, and we feel extra stupid saying this as a 'writer', we have no idea how to express our gratitude in words. the sheer generosity and kindness of the folks in the community is overwhelming, and it makes us want to do something special to show our gratitude for all the kind souls who were able to help us out during our time of crisis.
Good morning, afternoon, or evening wherever you might be reading this. I hope you're doing well. Let's try to catch up a bit with 2021 ahead of us, since my last post came at the end of last November.
Greetings to all my followers. As I have previously said on my last post, I have severely been restricted on my internet access and the situation in my country has made things harder for me so, while I am making my commission structure, which I'll post sooner than you may think, I am happy to announce that I made myself a Ko-Ki so any fan or follower who wants to support me so I can
Hi, everybody. I wanted to let you know that A Tale of Two Suns Book 2, Chapter 3 will be up very soon. I'm polishing the final scene as we speak. So at the moment, we're looking at within the next few days or a week or so. If you're wondering why there's such a wide margin, well... I'm terrible at time estimates and I'm accounting for Murphy's Law chaos.
Been reading up on using color pencils in ways other than like a 3-year-old.
Now I just gotta stop sticking them up my nose
