Don't ask me how I wrote pretty much 8k words in like a week. I don't know how I did it. (Note: some of that was lost in multiple edits, but the story just spilled on out once I got to a part) This had a disgusting amount of rewrites on my end throughout the entire chapter.

Pelican is a somewhat unique instrumental band/group, described as both "Post-Metal" (whatever that means) and "Instrumetal". I think Significant Other described them best with the succinct "easy listening metal" description. Yup. Not updating "Elements" this week, my dear readers. Been busy with other things, and I personally wanted to take a small rest. It is, however, becoming Autumn now and the spark to write is becoming more frequent. I can't say expect me to update more often on my story, but I CAN say I may yet just surprise you with what I might be doing.

That is all.

Holidays and really random life has made the "fourteen days between updates" be kind of untenable so I'm going to the whenever its out and I feel at least like I touched on everything I wanted to model. This might make some updates rarer but this is kind of an arc end chapter for example. I feel getting the right balance of life and this takes precedence first and also this already had a lot of things running around in my head.
