The original 1980 Shining is my 2nd favourite film of all time. I am ridiculously hyped for this follow-up!

I have three favorite ships. Twilestia because I'm like Twilight and I have a girl-crush on Princess Celestia. Shining/Cadence because those two are just PRECIOUS together. And then Pinkie and Dash who are so completely compatible. Why isn't that ship more popular?

Shining and Shepherd have... Problems. They're fighting a lot. So the mares hatch a plan: Get both of them drunk, hand/hooffcuff them to each other then dump them on some distant island or desert.

Then watch as they're forced in Buddy cop movie style to work together and develop a begrudging trust and respect for each other in their misadventures to return to Equestria.

Shepherd: "Hmm... We need to get past them, but how?"

Shining: "Fighting them would just draw more of them down on us, so we need a way to distract them."

Shining shoves Shepherd into the open with his telekinesis. The timberwolves all look hungrily at the human as he hangs from the smug Shining's hoof via chains.

So yeah, exactly the title.

I started Dusk's New Dawn for giggles and didn't exactly have a plot in mind, as more people began to actually be interested i decided to rewrite the dang thing because frankly, it's shit.

So I'm trying to make it atleast not look like shit, so yeah.

Don't worry, major key points are still there. It's just much more hidden as i continue to write.
