Pony Tale Adventures has been put out to pasture at the C&D ranch. It was a bit disappointing. The art assets, sound, and general introductory scenario were charming (at least on the safe for work version). It's a shame that we will never see the title make it to fruition. That said the end result wasn't a complete surprise.
This episode was obvious pandering to the fans – and that was before they put a ringed panda monster in the episode. Features of the episode include cameos by every major background pony, Derpy speaking, Doctor Whooves actually getting a personality, Steven Magnet’s long-awaited return, and ponies who are totally best friends and not lovers.
Seriously.
Really.
But I think it came at the expense of the plot.
Incoherent Plot
Rules are rules, and scummy as they are, salespony at a car dealership is a job. Actually, let me digress (but later) about that.
For now, what we have here is an unintentional entry into the Not-A-Contest which isn’t related to (but isn’t not related to) my day’s project at the shop which could very well be not a blog entry but a story. With ponies.

Rarity: "Stop the presses! It's Wednesday evening! Mike Cartoon Pony is posting another blog on unused Season 5 episodes! Forget these dresses for a client coming in an hour, this is The. Most. Important. Thing!"
Starlight: "Oh, I'm sorry, MLP writers, was that archival freezing beam meant for my backstory? Yeah, no, we're not doing that. Looks like you just tossed out all the plot setup across this season's map episodes! What a shame…"
Spike: "This thing again, huh? Going right in with the episodes locked to a formula, I see."
Applejack: "Wow Spike, that's mighty insightful of ya. How'd you deduce that so quick?"
So over the past week or so i have been in nothing but a good mood, I've met awesome friends like Lunaisbae, flashlight4everUK , Lonestar_Pony, Lord of Nothing , and so many others. My story was getting positive reviews and i wrote so much that chapters 2-4 are already to be proofread. Made some awesome music i was proud and was generally able to laugh with friends. Yet today my depression hit me like a freight train issue is i don't know how long this episode will last, fear not i will still
Happy Monday, folks! I’m actually writing this on Sunday, in an effort to actually have something done ahead of time; I’m actually hoping to spend Monday trying to work on one of my own stories, trying to get something up towards a real first draft done, so I can actually publish a story. If only I could decide which one to focus on…

Mostly I’m just sticking around to see what everyone is up to. I’m working on stories I conceptualized in my blogs before I dropped off the face of the earth.
Unfortunately, this comes with some bad news. I’m decided that I don’t have the energy nor motivation to finish some of the stories that I’ve left I completed. This includes NT, OP. I just don’t have the same excitement over this story as I did when I first started it. So it’s going to remain uncompleted. My apologies.
