Made in Abyss has always been something that stood out in my mind as a fantasy world I love to see, wish could've been mine, but know I could have never been the author of.
It's such a unique, raw, wild idea unto itself that I've always wondered if I was capable of writing something like that. Building a world of wonder, a grand place mysterious and deep, complex and otherworldly without being too unimaginable.
I have a smidge of good news to report. I have begun work on putting together my first official story for this site. It's nothing fancy or mind-blowing, just a comedy story with Pinkie Pie, but the first chapter is more-or-less complete and the second chapter is (hopefully) to be finished soon as well.
But hey, I think it's still worth celebrating. After only three years I'm finally around to posting actual story stuff and not just reviews. XD
I know there's a rule we can't includes lyrics from copyright songs and only lyrics that they allows is MLP songs for the story.
But the question is is it okay to use lyrics from MLP fan made songs like those YouTube videos for the story?
Like using lyrics from those fan made songs dedicated to MLP for the story? Like that Kindness song from Mando Pony or something.
Just asking.
Let's keep this one short and sweet, mostly because I'd rather be doing anything else than talk about this episode. So, without further ado, blah blah blah, Made in Manehattan.
Spoilers. You've been warned.
I didn't like this episode.
Overall, I rate this episode at-
Hello, Everybrony!
This episode was so intriguing that I could help but review it! I know you all are probably thinking, “Why is posting a blog post about last week’s episode now? It’s old news.” Well, this episode required a lot of time to analyze properly, and I’ve been busy throughout the week. Besides, I might even be able to do two analyses today!
I also decided not to bother with a YouTube video post because it’s always taken down and not worth the time.
I like this Flutterbatt that I drew. That is all. [Sauce]
do you know what is a "isekai" is?... if you don't "Isekai is a subgenre of Japanese fantasy light novels, manga, anime, and video games revolving around a normal person being transported to, reborn or trapped in a parallel universe."
now I got that out of the way. for this idea, I imagine it be like isekai but reverse.
imagine a villains, now imagine that villains who try taking over the world and other things over 1,000 times and die over 1,000 times.
A few months ago I met Joey O - one of the creators of a Youtube series called Pony Meets World - at Cider Con. PMW is a comedic series with a story that integrates the MLP characters into the real world. It's currently working on its 2nd season and I find it to be very funny and quite creative with how they go about things.
Let's lay a little groundwork first.
I was checking out the front page here on fimfiction and was generally not finding anything interesting when I took note of how many 'human in Equestria' stories there were. I'm not really a fan of the genre and so, in my lame attempt at trying to get the audience in my imagination to side with me about human in Equestria stories being a kind of tired trope, I started thinking about ways of subverting the concept.
If you've wanted a copy of iisaw's great Alicorn series but missed out on the prints when they were available through Lulu, the Ministry of Image is considering a print run!
Head over here to respond to their survey so they know if there's enough interest to justify one!
Hey, guys, after finally getting some decent sleep, I went back and reread my previous chapter, and I got to say that I understand why you guys were not happy about it. It wasn't that I didn't foreshadow or anything, its just that it really matched my current mindset too well. On top of that, there were a few things that I wanted to touch on that I never did, because of my scatterbrained, sleep-deprived state.
This is unrelated to anything regarding my marathon, but I was convinced to put together this print copy of my nine-story SunFlower anthology titled, in its entirety, as Sunflower Gardens, so if anyone would like to purchase themselves a copy of the book, it's right here on Lulu
Cheers,

Toothless was having a nice day with the human who called himself Hiccup when suddenly he noticed a white cat paw leap on top of him.
The cat continued to pester Toothless until he flew into a rage and bit the feline, causing it to fly into a heap on the road.
The human, Hiccup, swooped in and scooped up the cat.
Hello. Recently I was approached by Prane to do a joint review of the latest episode, which apparently is something that him and other reviewers do regularly for each new episode. Since it seemed like a good idea (and that I had, in fact, watched the new episode) I accepted. This is the review that was made, which is in a sort of loose Q&A format.
