We are but 7 months into this year and I have lost two of the people who I held most near to my heart. A recent incident has led me to take therapy and grief counseling and yet I'm still struggling to hold on to any positive memory.
It is with a heavy heart that I must tell you all that all my stories are being put on hiatus until I can get myself straight in the head.
I will be checking FiMFiction periodically so I'm not disappearing.

Yep, it has been a loooong time in coming, but I finally finished the dratted thing. Some of the slow-down was due to my being nervous about my ability to write a fight scene (I think I actually managed it pretty well), some due to depression, and some due to other interests taking center stage in my life for a while. Recently my heart was broken by rejection (but not from a girl, okay?)

And well it seems like I've been broken one too many times.

That event lead to something much worse, a breakdown and explosion.

It was possible to walk out of one area that was begot from a Pleistocene scrubwood forest, keep moving for several kilometers, and end up in a Carboniferous swamp.
