Welcome back everyone to my NSR review and... well it's certainly been a little bit, hasn't it? Well rest assured I'm back and ready to continue. Today we'll be looking at The Golden Maestro of Vinyl City. NSR's one and only child prodigy, Yinu.

Welcome back readers!
This is a case of how I associate the tracks in my MLP playlist with the episodes and characters of the series. The eps and characters will be listed in Bold while the artists who wrote the corresponding songs will be in Italics. Some cases are influenced by PMVs and song parodies others have done; these will be marked with an asterisk(*). The artist's details may be vague in some cases due to how the file's been listed; these will be marked by a question mark(?).
While it hasn't really come up in the previous blogs, I do love when a band decides to combine instruments or genres that you wouldn't think would work together but in fact they do. For example, there's Eluvite, a metal band that has a hurdy-gurdy and sings in Gaulish sometimes. Or Nanowar of Steel's Valhalleluja, which is a mix of gospel and metal [let's be honest, Nanowar of Steel is the metal Weird Al].
(Have to skip a cd, as I haven't listened to it yet)
Beat Box (Diversion 1) by The Art Of Noise
Basically sounds like a remix from the 80s, but it's more of an original song not based on anything in particular, and it's also very weird.
But a good weird.
...it seemed oddly relevant to Blank.
I didn't do my post for this guy yesterday, so here's two songs in one.
Another week gone by, this time with International Women's Day and International Pi Day swinging by. Amid all the pseudo-festivities, of course, was just another typical week, consisting of a myriad of madness. In fact, if you ask me, I'd call this the month of merry mania. March had been that kind of a month, if last week was of any indication.
So, for this Nooks & Crannies, I shall sing an ode to madness, starting with:
The Pick Of The News
I found a recent video by L-train.
If you are a fan of Sombra, you should check this out. I know it's a little long, but this fanfiction is worth the watch.
I'm still working on new chapters of Into the Black, Sledgehammer, and the weird SpikexChrysalis wedding fic with a too-long title.
MORE IMPORTANTLY I found a super-dope musician you should check out; the name's Jeff Burgess & the Bad Mares and they make smokin' qual stuff like this and this and this and it's buxom and beautiful.
Ahem. And-a-one, and-a-two, and-a-three...
"Writers can express their muse,
On FiM-Fic-tion."
"OCs, tropes, and Mary Sues,
Sick a-dic-tion!"
"Might leave a 'like'; wait,
That's story's cliche!"
"Horestales! Woo-oo!"
"Tales like Daring Do? Nah!
It's Horsetales! Woo-oo!"
"Every day, we're in here making horsetales! Woo-oo!"
"Tales like Daring-Do, bad and good horsetales! Woo-oo!"
There was a little 'favor' of sorts a good friends asked of me recently. To listen in and critique a rather unique opera over at bandcamp.
The devil, in the highest of compliments, should be rewarded for it. It floored me. Dropped kick you down the stairs kinda floored.
Dear Bronies and Pegasisters,
Currently, I am going to be focusing on “The Lioness and the Unicorn” for a while until the thing is finished. But in the mean time, I have been thinking about stories that I may do once that story is done. To which, I want to get some of your opinions on the idea that I came up with today.
Because we had so much fun with the AAG AMA, we're going to do it again! Only this time, it's a double-round!
In one forum, we'll be talking about he. she. we. and it's return!
In the other forum, Flynt will be talking about I Against I, Me Against You, because...why not!
(Also, let's show them that we have more HSW fans!)
Both of them are going down this Saturday, 3PM EDT on the Horsewords Central channel! https://discord.gg/WTQJhdK
Another week, Another episode. Today, is our annual musical episode. We've had these episodes as far back as the season 2 finale and while some have been good (like Crusaders of the Lost Mark and Magical Mystery Cure) there are others that have been not so much (Pinkie Pride). I've enjoyed all the songs in the show so far and think Daniel Ingram is a phenomenal songwriter but a couple of these songs just aren't quite my favorite. This is now the third Hearth's Warming episode and it calls back
