So it's been over a week since Everfree Northwest has ended, and I got some good news and bad news from RBDash47, the organizer of Twilight's Book Nook at EFNW.
The good news: Winter Dreams, Summer Reminisces made a sale!
To all 75 of my followers, there's a huge announcement!
Shakespearicles is hosting a contest for writers to show some of that lewd spirit of summer! It's a 'Secret Santa'-esque event where you submit a request and you receive a request in turn. You'll have one month to fulfill that request (I think), so plan accordingly! If you're interested, follow the link below and read to learn more!
Hey all! I've got some insider information that around 35% to 40% of the Book Nook's inventory has been sold. There's still a lot of books left however (including mine!), so if you're in Seattle, head on over to the Book Nook to get a ton of wonderful books from the fandom's writers!
I'll let myself be until the sunrise
There's just something about a good song that sends me off into my own imagination. It's difficult how explicitly certain things are tied to music in my head, but I'll give it a shot. Take a look at the image below:
Welcome to Chapter 13, everybody! These chapters have been getting noticeably longer since I started using text-to-speech when checking for mistakes, and I am not sure why. I wonder if I go back and start reviewing the previous chapters if they'd get longer as well after a few passes. Probably not 1-5 since those drafts were sitting in my folder for ages, back when I was gonna write the whole book and then release it one drip at a time. Who knew that releasing it weekly was a better practice to

Hay everypony! Hopefully, you'll see new horse words from me soon.
Hubby Jewel (a.k.a. whitekitten/Tala Tearjerker) laughed so hard we had to pause the recording.
So, yeah. Jingleclop is alive again! Two seasons later. But honestly, spacing it out means more delicious fun throughout the year, and what's summer without a little sauce?
Hello and good morning to all my readers (unless you're in a really different time zone, in which case it would be afternoon or evening... nevermind).
That new story I mentioned before is finally up to read! Only the first chapter so far though, just for a little start. So in the meantime, I hope you enjoy this little summer surprise, and say hello to my new Celestia and Sunset Shimmer fic... Swimming Lessons
Two of the ponies get treated like dress up dolls and humiliated.
(Insert bad joke about this scene here)
This is a drawing of a scene from Paradise the Librarian's collab story for New Years.
Also, the only pony in this picture that belongs to me is Colors. The rest belong to: Paradise the Librarian, Daffodil, Vanilla Mocha, Lore-Lei, and Summer Dancer.
Loads of salt. A load of it. I don't normally cover 4chan news, but honestly this is so fucking great. Thank you stallmen for the point.
For those of you who like to wait until stories are finished before reading them, What Shy Did on Her Summer Vacation is now complete. What follow are my thoughts on it. Spoilers are most definitely present.
Welcome back readers, to another installment of Being a Better Writer‘s Summer of Cliche Writing Advice. This time, flu-free.
Well summer's finally almost upon us, and with that come some changes.
What sort of summer will it be?
Did you ever pay attention to the first butterfly you saw when the first warm days came? Some say it is a preminition of the season.
From its colours you can scry the future, finding purpose.
Butterflies are not inherently magical (at least I believe so). However, it is a reminder of what we do in our world every day: finding purpose.
Have a lovely weekend, and a thoughtful Filthy Friday.
