Hay everypony! Hopefully, you'll see new horse words from me soon. 
Hubby Jewel (a.k.a. whitekitten/Tala Tearjerker) laughed so hard we had to pause the recording.
On the bright side, when depression sidelined me completely in January, I had just barely gained enough of a following that I get notifications daily now. So that's been nice. 
Anyway, I'm doing a little better thanks to ketamine, but I'm not out of the woods yet. Depression's still a bitch (arf). I'm going to stick with twice-weekly intravenous infusions until it's manageable, then try backing off to once a week. But manageable isn't quite here yet.
In a week, the semester will be over, which means I can focus on my mental health. My long-term goal is to regain enough ability over the Summer that I can put together something for the Bronycon Bookstore Booth. I really really really want to participate in that, but I can't edit my works in my present state.
If a miracle happens, I might enter the Incest is Wincest! contest (the color I used there is a hint), though Tuesday is the deadline and I doubt I'll finish my tale in time.
There's a much higher likelihood that I'll polish and publish a story I've been sitting on for a while that I fine-tuned for the recent Writeoff but did not finish in time. It's called The Razor of Dreams, Daring Do is only there as a cameo, and it's typical Trick Question in practically every way.
And yes, eventually I will finish TSJ. I swear we're close to the end, or at least that's what the voices in my head narrating the story tell me.

Inspired Rarity has gone by many names in the past, and she has a rough time interacting with others in a positive way. I feel badly for her, but I can't really do anything to help her. Just try to leave her alone.

Just so people here know the full story, since you wish to make this public (as usual).
I joined your server because you invited me there. When I entered, you were apologizing for the way you'd behaved toward people in the past. I mentioned how you turned the comments thread for one of my stories into a personal attack that had nothing to do with the story, and said I forgave you for it. You said you weren't sorry you did it because you had problems with the fic. I pointed out that you never said anything about the fic in the comments: in fact, you bragged about the fact that you didn't read it and you never would—rather, you were downvoting it because my profile said I was furry and you wanted to "keep that kind of faggotry off of Fimfiction". You then proceeded to attack the other readers and derail the entire thread. You never posted anything about the story.
After I pointed this out, you said I was lying. So I offered to recover the original comments you posted from Fimfarchive. You threatened to ban me if I did. At the same time you were having this meltdown, you also threatened to ban two of your other visitors, and both of them left the server permanently because they didn't like your behavior. You never banned me because I dropped the subject, but I left and didn't come back because the environment was highly toxic.
All of this took place in less than five minutes. I arrived, watched two other visitors flounce, and I left.
You have a bad habit of making things up after the fact. You didn't ban me, you totally invented the thing about my story being "problematic" after the fact (and if you think that story's problematic, you have a very weak stomach), and you've never said anything about Jewel to me. Not that getting mad at somepony because their husband commissioned artwork of a cartoon character you fantasize about being is sane in the first place, but I simply don't believe you. You've lied so frequently and flagrantly I can't trust what you say anymore.
I'm sorry. Everypony has problems they have to deal with, and as this blog post illustrates, mine are pretty bad. But I can't imagine what you must go through on a daily basis, and I hope that someday you find peace.

I never deleted it. It's right here: Back to Normal
Here's what happened. After my writing improved, I went back and rewrote the story in chapters, but I wasn't thinking and deleted the original chapter—which inadvertently ended up deleting all of the comments. I'm disappointed because it was one of the most opinionated discussions on any of my fics, and I generally use degree of controversy as an indication of whether I've done my job as an author.
The question is left open at the end as to what Twilight's actions actually did to her friends. Is there really a difference between your memories and who you are? That's the whole point. Some readers feel strongly one way, others feel strongly another.
Most of the wall-of-hate comments on my user page actually come from that story. bookplayer even held it hostage with a downhoof until I agreed to add the Dark tag, which seemed reasonable considering that so many readers found it to be a dark story (even if I disagree).
As for Jewel, he isn't down with actual rape, murder, and misogyny. He stands up for women, can't stand the sight of actual blood, and is one of the most peaceful and generous souls I know. He reads a rabbit subreddit daily and literally cries every time someone reports that their bunny passed away.
For some of us, there's a huge gulf between fantasy and reality: things we enjoy in fantasy repulse us in reality. This is highly counterintuitive to people who have normal fantasies. It came up in one of my recent blog posts when Present Perfect mentioned he had no idea that was a thing, and half a dozen people replied that it was true for them as well. I was thinking of posting another blog entry to talk specifically about that phenomenon, and probably will at some point.
I abstained from Fimfiction for several days because I was afraid I would come back to drama. Inspired Rarity, I very much appreciate your politeness. It's perfectly fine for you to not like my husband, and it's fine for you to not like me by association. I think you're a very interesting person who continues to grow and mature over time, and despite conflicts in the past I like you and wish you well.

That reminds me of a funny story. I once met somepony online who used to engage in cybersex with Jewel. When I told them he was my fiance (at the time), they told me (rather emphatically) I needed to run away immediately because he was going to murder me. I calmly explained that we'd been living together for more than a decade, but I wasn't able to convince the other person that my life wasn't in mortal danger. That seems remarkably silly to me. How could somepony think they know someone they've never met better than his girlfriend of a dozen years, let alone be convinced he's actually a murderer?
I dunno. It's my fault he's into ponies, though. I make him watch all the episodes with me. Applejack is his favorite. He admires her for her work ethic and personality quirks.

Here's the thing - I've known Trick Question RL for about 20 years or so, and Jewel for about 15 or so. I've been to parties at their house a number of times, once went on a weird-ass camping trip with Trixie (a story in itself), and the three of us started and operated a successful non-profit enterprise for a number of years. If either or both were murderously inclined, they'd surely have done away with me already, as I'm by far the hardest to get along with of the three.
I have no direct knowledge of how Trixie deleted the story, but I can readily picture her poking confidently at the controls until she realized that she'd just nuked everything, looking worried for about five seconds, and then waving her hand and dismissing it as irrelevant since she can't undo it, and starting over. I've seen her do stuff like that more than once.
As for Jewel, he's a sweet-natured, rather submissive man who loves bunnies. He also has some frankly appalling sexual fantasies. I don't know any rational way to reconcile the two, but there it is. I've never once seen him behave cruelly toward anyone, and from what I know of him, I imagine he'd be devastated if he hurt anyone RL. Not that it's entirely relevant to the discussion, but I think it's probably better and safer to explore and be aware of one's darker nature, as opposed to just suppressing it.

Oh, I hope so. That story will NOT leave my head as much as I try to make it go away. I think closure is the only cure. I cringe every time I go read a chapter because I don't want to look but I have to know what happens next! You, madam, are an evil, yet awesome writer.
