So, the want to make story updates and the inspiration to write has been eluding me as of late. I've been marathoning a few series such as Beyblade, watching Game Music Videos/GMVs on Youtube, and work has taken up most of my weekends.

Also, our kitchen is being remodeled due to mold, so I can't play Xbox at the moment, which actually works in my favor.

Well my farmer and the god story is moving along nicely! I should have the next chapter out either today or tomorrow! :D

I have also started work on my hero story, though i will not release the chapters before i have my cover picture or have maybe two chapters ready and the third well on it's way. Right now i am just writhing the prologue for it.

Anyway, back to writing.

It's been a busy week. The first draft of the next Stars chapter is done, I got dragged off to the Oregon ComicCon over the weekend, I finished up a tutorial on starting VO on the cheap for SFS, burned through an assignment for my CS course, and also worked full-time--Yay me. All the while I managed to get in touch with some old gaming buddies of mine, and showed them some of the music I've been working on.

Been using Google Docs on my phone, but let's just say making a fic on a phone isn't exactly easy as ypu, especially since the author of the 50 Shades of Grey did the same thing. This year for Halloween, just like I did for Christmas last year. I've written with the help of my brother, Hereforthegoldskies, a themed story And the theme is...Your mom, I mean Halloween, The nightmare before the Drake.

My sisters husband who is a certified plumber was working when a hot water tank swung around and kind of snapped his arm. It was thought he was okay but turns out the tendon fully separated from the bone and will be shortly having surgery on tuesday to like tack it on or something, leaving him off work for four months. The shop he works for is mainly an HVAC outfit but he is one of only two plumbers there thus leaving the shop without their main guy for that basically. Shows how fast a serious

So. There was a small dinner thing tonight. Some really borked up stuff leading (that I'm going to leave out) us to have to drive through fog and snow lowering viability too 3 yards and travel over 20 miles from the church to water town for our hotel.

When we arrive we find out that there is a blizzard warning for saturday, aka tomorrow, the day of the funeral.

So, going into work yesterday, there was a dead chicken in the nearest parking space to the entrance. I don't mean a dropped food item, I mean a live and clucking chicken that had been turned into roadkill. And apparently a hen, since among the usual roadkill carnage there was yellow goo I can only assume was eggs.

My actions were to wonder where it came from and think to myself, “West Virginia, dial it back a little.”

And that might have been it, except the day kept going.
