Scootaloo goes to the park with her fellow crusaders to see the Cake's new foals. When she meets them, she notices that Pound Cake can already fly. This reminds her of her own inability to fly. She leaves the park depressed. However, a visit from Spitfire gives her an idea.

Fluttershy finds an interesting item in the woods: a mask. Such a simple thing. And yet, it causes quite a bit of a stir in Ponyville.

When a spell goes wrong, Twilight finds herself and her friends... as stallions! Will they be able to reverse the effects and return to their normal lives?

With the time she has left, Rainbow Dash seeks what is truly important in life before moving on.

Years have past since the Infection swept throughout Equestria. Ponyville lays in ruin. The sun only hangs in the air for a few hours, the landscape is barren, and the skies are in utter chaos. So much has been lost to this plague. A single filly searches for answers amidst Ponyville's ruins. She seeks to unravel the chain of events behind this terrible blight, but finds much more in the shifting wastes.

While doing a task for Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash gets caught up in a mess with a Mysterious Pony. After the incident, Rainbow then starts to go through some strange changes, in panic she seeks out her friend, Twilight, She gets intrigued with the matter and investigates her friends mysterious problem...

But the moon wont stay down forever.

"Fluttershy gets bitten by a werewolf from the Everfree Forest, but when a side effect of the changes limits her inhibitions, she starts to wonder if the cure is such a good idea. Even if she does start to behave a little 'differently' otherwise..."
