Pinkie is asked to wait a few minutes for the doctor to see her. This is routine, right? After all, she's waited for things before, right?
Well, Pinkie's not very good at waiting.
She may not survive this...

“My name is Scootaloo and I’m a Rainbowholic.”
Scootaloo has problem. Applebloom and Sweetie Belle are determined to help her. Too much of a good thing can be... bad.
Fluttershy has the hiccups, and her friends help her get rid of them.
Rainbow Dash decides that she is more qualified to be a princess than Twilight, and proceeds to explain to her exactly why.
Is Rainbow Dash's loyalty a blessing or a curse?
A short story I felt like writing one day. Humanized.

Rainbow Dash has had a bit of a scare, and who better to turn to than her goooood frieeeend Twilight Sparkle? But why does Twilight seem rather enthused about the whole ordeal? What's really going on?
Discord sneezes, and it causes him to switch bodies with Fluttershy. Naturally, he decides to take the opportunity to pull a little prank.
The story takes place shortly after the end of the episode "Three's a Crowd."
This was written for the Transformation group's Body Swap contest, assuming I didn't submit this too late.
Luna and Twilight devise a spell to go back in time and view the dream that inspired Celestia to become an alicorn.
It's not what they expected.
EDITED
A spell gone wrong leads to a body-switch between Spike and Equestria's main Princess. After the initial shock dies down, Spike may just find himself in a position of too much power, and only time will tell how badly this power will be abused...
Unwilling to sleep in his own boring and less-than-comfortable bed, Spike presents Twilight with a deep and compelling argument as to why she should be his bed for the night.
TwiSpike cuddle time abounds...
