The last breaths of a soldier are that of the ending. With this his last moments are heart breaking and all he can feel, is pain and regret. The regret of not being able to hug his family once more, and with that he lies on the grass stained red.

When your life is as dull a gray as the world that surrounds you, the mundanities can make it all seem meaningless. Sometimes all we need is a little color -- or six -- to reintroduce us to what truly makes life worth living.

Rule No. 2: No romances. Not that I don't like romance, but most of these will be only about 1,000 words, so I can't properly write a romance in a thousand words. I'm not Shakespeare.

Pinkie Pie hasn't been feeling like herself lately, and she is soon struck with the unbelievable truth that she is slowly losing control of herself... to herself. Pinkamena, her dark and twisted side, has awoken from her slumber in the recesses of Pinkie's mind. With Pinkie shocked of the fact that her own split personality has a mind of it's own, she is faced with an impossible challenge. Will she be able to overcome Pinkamena's control? Or lose herself to the unnerving power that she contains?

This is my first fic and I am open to all kinds of feedback from everypony. So as i can make this story as enjoyable as possible.
