Twilight is growing older. Shining Armor is rising through the ranks of the guard. Their paths will soon diverge, but Shining Armor cannot bear the idea of her wandering off alone. Thankfully, he has someone just as reliable to take over his job.

Dante has been given a job to help his shop get into business. But what happens if something went wrong during his job and he winds up in Equestria. At the same time a hidden and ancient evil before Celestia's Parents were born, starts to seethe back into Equestria, How will Equestria handle this new evil, How will Equestria handle Dante, and how will Dante handle Equestria and its citizens? Influenced by a marathon of every single dubbed yugioh gx, yugioh 5ds and yugioh zexal episode all summer:

Draw Blank is a Pony who hasn't had the best of luck with money since his talent is play filly's card games. Doesn't help his chances with a Mare either.

But his luck changes up when he finds out the prize for the grand tournament in Ponyville's hosted by Trixie is a day with Princess Luna, which if nothing else will get him noticed by other mares and jump start a craze that could make this into a decent job.

But when somepony starts taking things way too seriously Draw will need the help of Applejack to win back what he lost and save Ponyville.

Stupid plot around a children's card game ensues starring Applejack, Twilight and Trixie.

Note: I'm going to try to keep it mostly to actual cards, but this is a story based on a show that pulled cards out of nowhere with no logical way for it to work as a real deck so....

Also, yes the way the chapters are named is a reference to Howl's Moving Castle.

After saving the future from Paradox, Yusei prepares to return to his own time. But when the Crimson Dragon veers off course in the rift, Yusei finds himself in a strange new world... populated by brightly colored talking equines. Yusei meets Twilight Sparkle and her friends and becomes their friend as well, even teaching them how to duel. But something isn't sitting right with Yusei and he soon learns why he was brought here when an ancient enemy reappears and goes on a destructive rampage.

This is my first attempt at pony fanfiction, though not my first try at writing in general. I have no idea how this is gonna go, but be honest.

Regarding the duels: I intend to describe the actual gameplay just as much as the monsters and card animations. I'm not just a fan of the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, but a Duelist myself. As far as the rules go, I'll try to help the unfamiliar understand the game in the beginning. Card and player stats will also be displayed during the duel portions of the story (I'll try and write it so that they don't disrupt the flow of the story too much). But beyond the stats and character descriptions of their cards, you'll have to look stuff up yourself. You can do so on the Yu-Gi-Oh! Wiki.
