It's summer in Canterlot City and 16 year old Spike wants to give Rarity a special summer treat. But there is one problem. All the gifts he sees are precious but can't decide which one! He needed a gift and fast! But his answer comes to him as a blue puppy comes to him. When he stumbles upon Steve and Blue there was one answer he came up with. It's time for him to play Blue's Clues!!

Princess Twilight Sparkle's coronation was a disaster. However, her ascension to the throne led to one of the most prosperous eras Equestria has ever seen. Thanks to that, she and her friends can live in peace and harmony in the land that they love, regardless of the distance between them.

But Twilight wasn't the only one who had to make big changes when she moved to Canterlot. Her assistant and confidant, Spike, is ever by her side. And unlike Twilight, he still has some unfinished business in Ponyville. Thus, a promise was made between himself and the Element of Generosity, Rarity. Now, five years later, it's time for Spike to fulfill that promise.

If only he was good enough to do so.

Rarity is the most popular girl at Canterlot High but she has a secret that no one else knows about. That is she is a tomboy and she also has a crush on Spike but once he finds out her secret he accepts it.

When Rarity writes to Princess Celestia inquiring after how dragons age, she gets a plea for help in reply. A war is brewing, and Princess Celestia thinks Rarity's the one to stop it. Now, still completely uncertain what her feelings for Spike are or if they're even plausible, she's off to meet with his distant relatives to negotiate a truce between the dragons and the sea serpents before the world gets caught up in their destructive clash.

After another blind date turns sour, Rarity comes home to find Spike’s moved on.

With all his times and attentions moved onto Gabby, the marshmallow unicorn is by her lonesome.

Applejack's cousin from Las Pegasus, a dancer, comes to visit, and catches everyone off guard. Especially Spike, who is instantly smitten with the young mare--and Rarity is none too happy about it.

Rarity never thought she'd fall for a dragon, much less be blissfully happy dating one, but ever since Spike grew into a sweet and handsome young drake, she's been completely and helplessly besotted. Recently, though, he's seemed distant, uncomfortable around her--or worse, unhappy with her. With the prospect of losing the love of her life hanging over Rarity's head, will she resort to drastic measures to become what he desires? And how will her darling dragon react if she does?
