Yeah, waited a bit since my counter seems to go down one sometimes...
Anyway, yes, I've hit a big round number! So I'm doing two things to celebrate. First off, I'm starting another Q&A. Ask any questions in the comments and I'll answer it.
The second is this: I'm going to write a one-shot based on one of my works. With some help from Rated Ponystar, I went through all my fics and came up with at least one idea each. They're either expanding on aspects from the originals, complete AUs, or simply roughly based on them. Go down the list, vote for two, and I'll announce the winner soon!

Post Nuptials: Twilight is angry at her friends for abandoning her, but ready to forgive, after a long talk. Too bad Celestia says the wrong thing. Too bad Twilight takes it the wrong way. Too bad Twilight loses her temper. Too bad she says things she regrets minutes later. Can this friendship ever recover?
Post Nuptials: Twilight stopped the Changelings herself, then just took Spike and walked out without freeing her friends, who are all trapped in goo. By the time they get free, Twilight's long gone, with only a note saying she'll come back and demanding not to look for her.
Families: Scootaloo finally visits her mother and father in the cells of Canterlot State Penitentiary.
About Last Night: Twilight and Applejack have an idea: pretend to be dead to annul the marriage! They prepare the funeral and everything and try to make it official, only things keep happening that hinder or screw up the funeral so that things get stalled.
Aftermath of the Games: Starlight made the mistake of showing Twilight her past. Now Twilight has an idea to fix the timeline and help Starlight all at once.
Aftermath of the Games: Spike’s mother is gone, taken away by the strange humans after suffering some strange illness. His litter is gone as well. He’s all alone. Until he sees the same look of loss on the face of a purple human.
Wedding Bell Blues: Cadance never fell in love with Shining Armor. She’s been in those caves for months. Her real love is the last pony anypony expected. Played seriously.

Hmmm... I suppose the first two Post Nuptial ideas are alright, but I think what you've written so far is much better.

TS: Selecting a casket enchanted to keep out offensive spells? Similarly, a bad idea.

Hmm, I like the Post Nuptials where Twilight dies, that should be heart breakingly delicious, then the Aftermath of the Games. (Both are good, but if I had to choose I'd pick the Spike one.)

As for your story ideas, these are good, but hard choices! If I had to pick two, then I'll go with:

I'm only voting for the "Families" one, since I don't think the "Post Nupitals" ones sound that good, "Wedding Bell Blues" isn't something that needs to be taken completely seriously, and I haven't read "About Last Night" or "Aftermath of The Games".

While I love all the post nuptuials ones, I'm voting for Families first and Wedding Bell Blues second. Although I know whichever ones win will be spectacular.
Also, congrats on reaching such a high number. I don't really have a question for you at the moment, but I do want to say thanks for being such an amazing writer.

I have to be honest. The only ones on this list that I have read are Post Nuptials and Families. However, I like the first idea next to Aftermath of the Games...Starlight's Mistake. The second one that has my vote is the first scenario with Post Nuptials...The Death of Twilight. Those are the ones with my vote.
I'd like to the the Families one shot and the first idea for Aftermath of the Games with Twilight and Starlight.
