I just so happened to notice a new thread over in the shipping group, and it got me thinking about my favorite ships. Okay, it more made me come up with a list of eleven I like and kick one out, but maybe this'll be a fun discussion post, who knows. :B
10) FlutterMac: It's been replaced by BulkShy in canon, but goshdarnit, I still love this :(
9) TwiLuna: Stopped being fun after Luna Eclipsed. Then Twilight got wings, so it's fun again.
8) Mauxie: FouDuBulbe's comics have me sailing this ship hard.
7) DinkyPip: Still carrying the torch! I need to get the Whiskverse into aged up territory so I can make this happen.
6) PinkieDash: Talk about torch-carrying. This still makes me smile.
5) BulkShy: Best new canon ship, even if it did kill one of my old faves.
4) TwiDash: Yep. :B
3) SunFlash: Sunset proved herself in Rainbow Rocks, so she deserves to have her man back.
2) RariJack: Brings me so much more joy than TwiDash ever could.
1) LyraBon: Is this even a ship? I mean, it's canon now. I might as well have said "ShineDance" or "Mr. and Mrs. Cake" for all that this is can really be considered a 'ship'. Still the best though.

As for what Sunset did in that movie to deserve Flash, I have no clue. I know she messed up big time in the first movie, but that seems a bit cruel.

I actually really want to write a TwiLuna story and a PinkieDash story, but I have no good ideas for either at the moment.

Mauxie is so weird, but those comics are really selling it for me too.
However, you didn't include Twixie, Twinkie, Appledash, Cheerimac, or BraeburnSoarin (what the fuck is that one's official name?). Hell, you didn't mention OctaScratch either. Or DerpyTurner (then again, it's rare to have a good fic with those two that doesn't go all Dr Who on your ass. Hence why I wrote LSSTWD, I guess).
So yeah. I respect your ships, but for me they are meh at best : P
Also seriously, this fandom lacks good M/M ships. At least forme I don't know.

10) Not bad, but I prefer TwiMac, especially with the version of Bic Mac you sometimes see out of Bad Horse, perhaps exemplified here by TheJediMasterEd, and Ghost in the comments.

4) Hard to say if it's my #1 or #2 intra-mane six ship for Twilight, with RariTwi being the other, and FlutterTwi in #3.
3) I like Sunset, but apart from D G D Davidson, Brad doesn't have enough character to support a ship for me. Especially not with someone so much more worthwhile.
2) I've simply never seen this. Every time, it just seems to slip off me like hot oil over Teflon. I don't get it, and probably never will.
1) The simple fact is, it's so ingrained in the fandom I barely felt like it was a ship before.

And my list would include PinkieMac. Ivory Piano's "Keeping It Simple" started me on that pairing, but the "Pinkie Apple Pie" episode settled it.
And if I'm going to ship Trixie with anyone, it would actually be Dash. I forget if Biker_Dash or Reaps gave me that idea, but I like the ego battle inherent in it.
But yeah, those comics convinced me Mauxie has merit.
The rest of my Mane Six ships are BulkShy, Rarijack, and TwiDash unless Trixie's involved. Then TwiLuna.
Twixiedash could make for a funny fic, though...

10) FlutterMac: Was a good ship while it lasted, but think about it, now there's more space for LunaMac and MacFoot!
9) TwiLuna: I never really saw this one, Luna keept it too cool between her and Twilight in Luna Eclipsed and all she did was scowl and question her in latter appearances, but it did give us Romance Reports, so that's a win for everyone. These days I ship LunaJack when pretending RariJack is not a thing.
8) Mauxie: FouDuBulbe is a genius, yes.
7) DinkyPip: Indifferent really. I'm not even sure Dinky is cannon.
6) PinkieDash: I dunno, Pinkie totally has it for Dash since Guilda's episode, Dash likes Pinkie as a friend but she either doesn't care for mare or is not interested, but being hard to get is half the fun.
5) BulkShy: Ditto.
4) TwiDash: Best unicorn and best Pegasus, what could be better? Twilicorn ruined it for me a bit, though, I don't see Dash dating a Princess.
3) SunFlash: As long as they're going to proceed with the Equestria Girls spin off I do hope there's some kind of SunFlashLight love triangle, It's highschool , that's like the only good thing about that setting.
2) RariJack: Best ManeShip since the 8th episode of the series.

Literally every ScratchTavia I've read aside from Destination Unknown has been junk. I didn't like Watch and Learn (looks like I didn't review it though), and the shipping was the worst part of Fiddlesticks!.
I'd do a themed journal, but goddamn, those are some long stories. :| I've added the other three to my RIL, at least, but I make no promises.
