Everyone has that problem. Grab a few writing prompts from the net, apply them to pony. Read a few bad fanfics, decide your version is going to be better. Base a story around a wierd dream you had. Ask what if questions. Its a skill, develop it. Practice. And above all, relax. Putting to much pressure on yourself to write will just freeze you up. Take a breath. Don't Panic. Your first stories will suck, then they will begin to suck less.
