As it says in my bio, my name is Moonshine wing, patriarch of the Wing Clan. Who are the Wing Clan, you might ask? Well, to put it simply...

We are masters of pegasus style martial arts and descendants of Bladewing, the commander of the equestrian air forces during the fight against King Sombra and his army of followers. Our family is almost as old as the Dash clan, our rivals.

Now, I know what you're thinking, and no we aren't THE BEST, but enough that all of equestria, and other countries thereoff, to know of us.

Now, me personally? Before retiring to my true callings of fighting, teaching our styles, and bar tending, I served in the royal guard...around the time of the changeling invasion. You know that goo that the changelings use to hold their victims in place? I got hit with that right in the eyes.

So, with me being blind as I am, I had to go home to my sisters; Superstorm Wing, Blizzard Wing, Flamestorm Wing, Razor Wing, Cotton Wing, Velvet Wing, and my little brother Sandstorm. Luna's beard, you'd think that with these names, our parents would expect us to be total badflanks! Well, despite the cool names, I'm the best fighter in our family, and I'm blind.

Oh, and my coat is black and my mane is silver-ish, last I checked when I could see.
