I think you're too hard on yourself sometimes Loyal. I really liked the way this chapter turned out. Couldn't help but feel bad for Twilight, regardless of the fact that she created the situation but still, having friendships suffer is never fun. Almost losing them completely is neigh unimaginable. Seems to me that it's very appropriate that Rarity is the first to forgive, the first to get the ball rolling again if you will. I'm very much looking forward to the actual ceremony and reception. It's good to see you back in the saddle, glad your break did you good.
This is but the hype before next chapters beautiful conclusion (if that's how it's planned) I can already invision it from this chapter alone , and if what I'm thinking for the next chapter ... Mmmm were in for an amazing piece of art.
Loyal...DON"T YOU DARE CHANGE ONE WORD OF THIS CHAPTER!!! now that that has been said, you are my favorite author on this site and frankly you should look at getting published for real. I have said that before and I will continue to say it until i have a row of your books on my shelf. hell you inspired me to write my own story on here and while it has gotten lackluster review I'm still proud of it and it was all because you inspired me.
Your criticize yourself too much, Loyal. You're without a doubt one of the best authors on this site, no matter what your writing, be it smut or a heartfelt message from one to another. Keep up the good work and don't be so hard on yourself.
"In fact, I get the feeling many of you will hate the way this one was done."
It's like you don't know us at all, man. All of your work has been amazing, and continues to be. Don't be so hard on yourself!
You're really the only reason I'm even on fimfiction. I had read like 2 fics before finding you, but never got into anything much, never thought about the site much, didn't really care. Then I started reading Archmage and had no choice but to make an account and stick around. And I haven't regretted a single second.
Don't change a single thing. (unless it's a horrid typo... but hey, who cares?)
Since your return, i feel like you are too hard on yourself for this chapter, while you feel its inadequate, i think this is a nice soft way to build up to the vanilla-y chapter that is the finale of it all. While you think there is so much that could have been better, i believe that only a few changes here and there would hopefully bring this up to how you, the author, feel is right. anyways, its nice to see where this went as a story, and to think this started as a request from the clop bin lol and i'm rambling now anyways, its nice to see you back and writing, looking forward to the stream soon
Can't wait for the second part of this. Keep up the good work, the only part I found slightly annoying was the first part of this chapter was a little rough but had corrected itself by the end of the chapter. all in all for this chapter
Hey man. I like what you have here. I really like the pure, happy nature of this chapter. The whole time I was waiting for what I thought was an inevitable train wreck, but it was just good feels start to finish, and I really appreciate that.
Stay positive and keep going. Your work never ceases to impress ^_^
Welcome back Loyal! It's good to see you are feeling well after your break and about this chapter. I still feel bad for all parties involved in the mess of what the Twilight did but nothing is honestly wrong with the chapter at all. Just keep writing like you do and we will keep enjoying it!
“Something borrowed.” Twilight said sadly. “Your dress is something new. Your heels are something old.” She pointed to the case in Rarity’s hand. “There’s something borrowed. Now you just need something-“ “Blue. Right.” Rarity delicately held the case, looking up at Twilight with wide eyes. “Twilight, I’m still not sure why you’re here.”
4590326 Forgiveness is as easy or hard as one decides to make it. Trust, on the other hand, once broken is so much harder to earn again, if ever. Which is why Twilight didn't truly love Rarity, because if she had, she'd have never cheated on her.
I've never been someone to hold a grudge, so even if someone was as cunty as Twilight, I'd forgive them eventually. You'd have to try really hard to make me hate you.
Ah... Always happy to see my favorite author update.

I rather enjoyed this chapter and couldn't fault it even if I tried, don't worry so much about how chapters turn out

Only hole I see is you could've held off till all the parts were done, than again I'm a pot calling you black. Otherwise it is fine.

I hope you continue to write whatever your heart tells you to and hopefully self-pulish in the future. You have a bright future ahead of you.

Those feels man, those feels are too much.
whoovian much Loyal2-1?
3051259 ... How do you get Doctor Who out of that?
Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue, and a Silver Sixpence in her Shoe.
It's an old poem about what brides should be wearing for good luck in their marriages.
I mean, sure, they referenced it in there but... It's way older than Doctor Who.
Love it!
Commence read.
Not quite what I expected. Interesting nonetheless.
Good. I'm glad Twilight went through all this. I hate it when people get forgiven right away. Now she's actually had some misery.

I agree with all the other commenters - you're being too hard on yourself, this chapter is great.
Also:
I'm glad that was in there. I'm still a little tiny bit disappointed in Dash, but she's mostly off the hook.
