So the story was... O.K.
There were a few spelling and/or grammatical errors.
Everything was too convenient, and some things seemed off. For example, why would Luna be walking around in the shadows of Ponyville? On top of that, its pretty convenient she happened to find Rainbow Dash.
Finally, this is a very popular fanfic idea, and its even cannon(ish). So my best advice to give is to make it very unique and different.
So ya, work on those things; plus add a little more detail, and it can be a good story. (Another huge thing is emotion. Add enough emotion, any story can be good.)
